The only word to describe my experience is incredible! Fred Benkin is the kind of car salesman that everyone wants but few find. His no pressure approach definitely eased my "don't trust dealerships" mind; he just walked with me and noted my likes and dislikes, then showed me exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed it so much, I brought my daughter four days later for her first car. Kudos to Fred, Nick, and Tim, you will definitely see me again!

Juan literally gave my family the best deal ever! He worked with us knowing our problems and had us out the door with a new vehicle, affordable too! He's a man with a master plan, he's super funny, and he gave me a really nice pen. 😊

Im giving your dealership a one star because my wife had been working with yall on a family vehicle for last three weeks, bottom line was she needed a cosigner and or cash down, that was fine, but the issues began when i cosigned.....pymts were higher with her on the loan, so we tried to do a deal with just me. Steve was AMAZING, he listened, advocated, and tried his best to make banks and us satisfied. However everything went to hell when Rick stepped in. He is a vetern car guy which is fine, but his varicity and integrity were something to question. There was a 2013 altima sl on their web page for 16995, he told me it was a 22k car, all the other similar altimas that were same year and trim level and mileage were 15995 to 17995. He goes on to say the car just got reduced a few minutes before, well i saw that same car we are talking about on friday night on the website. This was monday (yesterday) when he told me it just got reduced. So after i called him out on this is where he just shut down n wouldn't listen. Rick became unprofessional at that point. He was even yelling at Steve and arguing with his sales managers. After that he came back to the desk with the exact offer, he did reduce that car to 17k because i said what i said bout the listing on their website (@17k, it was still higher than the listing) i had money down and a trade....after i reminded him i need less than a 400 pymt, he n i parted ways. So i went right to woodmen nissan, bought the same car with all the same options, different color, less mileage, same trade n cash down, got gap, and platinum level bumper to bumper warranty that covers everything mechanical on the engine transmission and all moving parts related as well as covers the interior at only 9% interest rate, all of that was 341 a month, done deal, already had lender interview, wss done in less than 3 hrs....steve we wanted to give you our business, you earned it, but Rick blew that for you. If Rick was my employee, you sir would not have a job with me. You are dishonest, hostile, and you do not listen as well as you are unprofessional with your boss and co workers. Sincerely joseph and rebekah

JP Mad, we appreciate your feedback. We will certainly interview Steve and Rick and find out where the breakdown happened. We apologize for the frustration and wish you the best.

So Juan Aviles has to be by far the best salesman I've had the pleasure to work with. He listened to all my issues and understood where I needed to be in a car. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want to be in. Plus he is a very funny guy and made the experience fun and easy going. If you want to be treated well ask for Juan.

Not impressed by my encounter with McCloskey Motors. In mid-April I saw a Ford Fusion hybrid they had posted on Auto Trader and saved it in AT's "my cars" feature. It costs a dealer money to carry a car on its lot so most dealers will drop their price when a car doesn't sell after a week or two. When more than a month had passed with no change in price I sent them an email asking for their bottom line price on the car. I used an automated service that required me to provide a phone number but asked to be contacted only by e-mail. Sure enough a few minutes later -- and when I was in a meeting -- they called. I didn't pick up and shortly thereafter received an email from Erica purporting to have GREAT NEWS (her caps) if I would only call. A few hours later I did and learned that the GREAT NEWS was that I could drive from my home in Denver to the Springs and use my presence as "leverage" to try and get a better price out of the sales manager. No thanks. I was told in no uncertain terms that McCloskey would not negotiate over the phone (or presumably over e-mail either). In contrast to my experience with McCloskey, I bought my last car about two years ago from another dealer in the Springs (Cool Rides), negotiated a fair price in a couple of e-mails, drove down, had the car inspected at the local Subaru dealer and was home by lunch after spending no more than 15 minutes on the lot filling out the sales paperwork and with a car that's been problem-free. That's how car buying should work. Two stars for McCloskey rather than one because at least they were prompt in following up on my e-mail.

I bought a car that I like, but was lied to on several occasions by the staff. The staff didn't follow through on things they said they would do after the purchase, and they said they were giving me $ to buy out a lease on my car- shame on me for not calling myself, but they said they called & gave me the amount of the buy out. When I went to pay if off they were $218 shy of the actual pay off amount. When I asked them about it there answer- "Oh...it was only an estimate"..Estimate my foot- they gave me a very specific amount and said- "What if we gave you a check so you could walk in and pay it off- then would you buy this car?" 2 Lessons learned= make the call yourself & never trust a person at Mccloskey. If their lips are moving- well...you know the rest of the saying. Used car sales people earn their reputations I'm not sure how Joyce & Ethan sleep at night.

This place had a great environment and goodbyes in the store. The customer service was great and a specific worker stuck out to me. Luis was great at explaining the vehicles. I'll be sure to recommend a friend to him.
