Move aside +Pushbullet . You've served me well, but there's a new player in town, one who doesn't make me feel uncomfortable to pay for.

So, completely hypothetical question...

Let's say that you were less than gifted, and had a UniFi AC Lite AP that you hadn't mounted in the ceiling because you're really lazy and didn't have your house wired to the right location.

But rather than attach the mounting plate to the back of the AP to keep track of it, you'd misplace it and probably throw it away.. Because, as mentioned, you're about as stupid as a doorknob.

Now, let's further imagine that you finally did the whole crawlspace and attic thing to get a cable where you wanted it to go.

How would you now mount it, having lost the mounting hardware?

This is all entirely hypothetical, of course. I wouldn't do something that stupid. I'm just asking for a good friend.

Edit: sticky velcro it is. Looks very professional, not at all like it was done by some birdbrained yokel. Thanks, people.

This is just very cool.

I finally got around to play with the "AppImage" version of +Subsurface, and it really does seem to "just work".

It not only allows for a project to create a complex Linux application (in the case of subsurface, one that uses very recent library versions that many distributions don't even have available yet) that works on multiple distributions, you don't even need to really even install it. Download a file, mark it executable, and run it.

It comes with its own little embedded compressed ISO filesystem that gets mounted and contains all the required libraries.

Sure, it means that the end result is much bigger than a distro-native binary would be, but if you want a way to build applications for your users without limiting them to a particular distribution, or having to build fifteen different images, it really looks like it works very well.

Block in app ad's and all the things on your #Android device for free

Privacy guaranteed. On-device VPN means your data never touches our servers. We don't route traffic through any of our servers - they go directly to the destination from the device. VPN is used only to locally route the traffic to AdClear in the device itself.

For anyone using +Paolo Rotolo's app intro library, it's been updated to version 3.3.0!

I'll wait for Paolo to give the full release changelog, but I wanted to especially point out that it now supports Android 6.0 permissions! The best part of it is, we've simplified it down to one line of code!

I made this a possibility and Paolo polished it off with some code tweaks. I'm so excited at how simple this makes everything! The link attached takes you to the Readme which talks about the permissions. See for yourself!

Also in the update is support for status bar visibility options and navigation bar color options (no transparency yet...coming soon).

I don't like asking, but a reshare is appreciated to get this out to developers.

Edit: Wiki is a WIP as well.

A surprisingly exemplary company! ABDW is a nascent name, but the initiative appears by no means to be anything other than the best of the design works by today's standards. The projects are handled with highest of quality in mind. Definitely, the Work Gallery speaks for itself! Everything has a nuance expression. And when it comes to design, subtleties matter. The data or contents by themselves, aren't even close to being presentable...without a well expressed Design, without a justified User Interface. Graphics need to be visually appealing, or everything becomes a cluttered mess. ABDW consider all these factors quite well, & prudentially execute their imaginations. I've carefully scrutinized the recent work of ADBW on HALO designs, under ParanoidAndroid ROMs, & no wonder it's perfect. There's always 'something', which makes ABDW a maverick choice. Quality, Elegance, Simplicity, Beauty. Clearly, No Bullshit!
