This is me being confident in giving someone looking to buy or sell a home advice about real estate before they get into trouble. It may offend people new to the business because it wasn't targeted to fellow agents and can scare them. Giving true facts and strong opinion is not arrogant or cocky or hating on competitors; for me, it is just confident in beliefs and a desire to help people in their real estate transaction. I'll admit, maybe the word "screwed" is ...
We hear so many horror stories from people who have bought and sold a home, and most of the time there's a realization that they didn't know about the agent's experience and ethical judgement. Buying a home is -- for most -- the biggest monetary act that will be conducted. I will help anyway I can for people to avoid the mistakes that can cost years to unravel, if ever.
