Very cool.
Archaeologists have discovered the tomb of a Celtic prince dating to the fifth century B.C. inside of a giant funerary complex in Lavau. Take a look at photos from the discovery.

This is good news. I'm one of those people that get horribly ill just trying to play a 1st person game.

Science is awesome!

In what could prove to be a major breakthrough in quantum memory storage and information processing, German researchers have frozen the fastest thing in the universe: light. And they did so for a record-breaking one minute. It sounds weird and it is. The reason for wanting to hold light in its plac

Everyone's got this all wrong. They think the octopus was trying to escape. No, he wasn't. He was doing what the monitor beside the tank told him to do at 33 seconds in: SEE, TOUCH, EXPLORE

They call us geeks. We are the misunderstood people that drift at the edge of “normal,” We have an appreciation for science fiction and fantasy books and film; we delight in the idea of fantastical worlds or superhuman powers; some of us battle imaginary monsters with the roll of the die or the click of a mouse; some of us don costume or sword. Most of us have an understanding of real world science and technology and live for the day that it will launch us to new worlds or reveal new realities. If we have a weakness it is that we shy away from those that would like to transform us into their perceived version of normal. We prefer the company of others like ourselves, the ones that accept us and don't judge us, the ones that harbor a secret geek of their own. We laugh, we feel, we cry. Today we mourn. We are our own normal. – Beverly Hill

We all have close friends, share many things with them, may spend many years in close companionship and then one or the other dies.  Where we may be can be difficult to change plans within the short time given to be there.  So I would not  judge Shatner so harsh and feel it is unfortunate to have such a dear friend.
