I completed Day 1. I was unable to do Burpees, Star Planks and single leg reverse lung. So I did planks and modified push ups instead. I have absolutely no upper body strength. Fell on my face when I attempted the full push up 😂. Planks were hard too. I have fibromyalgia and my left side is very weak due to injuries from a car accident (broken L clavicle, Broken L knee cap, and bone of L ankle) I have recovered but not my strength. So I cannot wait to see how that improves! Thank you.

I have never had a better dental experience. I've had so many bad experiences and always come to the dentist with some trepidation. But this was a whole new level of awesome. Everyone is sincere, friendly and cares about the patients. There is a sense of teamwork that makes you feel like you're in a very efficient, well-run machine. I saw Dr. Chelsea for some fairly complex procedures and she put me at ease right away and throughout the entire process. She is very detail oriented, thorough and takes the time to explain what she's doing so I can relax. I also had no pain at all, and almost zero discomfort. It was easy to relax and let her do her work. She followed up with a personal email after our visit, and I felt so well cared for of that I have completely lost my fear of going to the dentist.

Really beautiful floors! They even left plenty of extra wood in a neat package for us that we have kept in the laundry room. When we needed to repair a few boards we were able to keep our costs down because we had backup wood. The crew is always professional and so nice to work with.
