Something sad about this video...mainly the reactions. How bizarre that everyone feels the need to help the perp and she stands alone at the end of the encounter. Nobody sees if she's alright.

Awesome tune. Wish I could see a live video...not even sure who the lead vocalist is...

The first time I gave a shout-out to an eye doctor, but Dean Nickolas Shissias, OD deserves it, as well as their staff. Dr. Shissias is relaxed, friendly and knowledgeable, teaching me things I never knew about eye care. Very good doc. When it was time to choose glasses, the assistant was exceedingly patient, while I tried on a ton of glasses, giving just the right feedback.

I've been following LWT for years now. Kevin Augustine's work is completely unique--visceral, dark (but with the right amount of humor) and transformative. Puppetry like you've never seen it.

Peter Maschal is one of the best chiropractors I've encountered. He strongly believes that a healthy spine and proper alignment are the cornerstones to good health and after years of seeing him, I feel the same. Its a really transformative experience that makes you mind and body feel SO good afterward. He's gentle, experienced and the office is cozy.

I'm going tomorrow to get some work done but a really nice informative phonecall with the most reasonable estimate so far. Thanks Brian!

Wow...I don't know where to begin with this one. My friend and I (two locals) went there a few nights ago and are still reeling from the experience. Our service was so-so and our food was just okay (though our entree was not hot--a pretty serious culinary miss). My friend wrote about her experience on her Facebook wall and tagged the restaurant in her comment. It was nothing incendiary--just a "this should have been better for the prices" kinda take. Well our server posts several comments in her thread, calling her names ("hole" "pig" "scrothole" - whatever the hell that is) as well private messaging her with even meaner comments. He also commented on her not wearing her wedding ring (What is this, 1950?) and eavesdropping in on our conversation, noting how she was "bitching about her husband." (Why wasn't he eavesdropping when I was wondering where the hell our wine went to?). It was bizarre and hateful. He also complained that we ordered only one entree (though we ordered two appetizers, dessert and coffee totally over $100 for two people). In short, a complaint about a mediocre meal turned into a hateful attack by a misogynist stranger. So be careful if you post anything remotely negative about Yellow Fin--your head might be served up for dinner there tonight.

He's a very nice doctor, nice office and solid staff. I went in there with a problem that was beyond his abilities and he referred me to a periodontist. My problem is that I was charged a consultation fee of $145 even though he never even looked in my mouth. Considering I was there a total of about 15 minutes, I thought that was a bit much. We live in a small town and it would be nice if some of the doctors here would think in terms of helping out people instead of charging full price, especially in a situation like this.

Surf Unlimited has been around for a LONG time. And for good reason. It offers up better prices than some of the "bigger" stores in the area and has a distinctly local feel. Jetty clothing, locally made boards, great wetsuits and sunglasses. They also did a great job of rebuilding since Sandy so all the more reason to "keep it local."
