Today I am loving two organisations -  +Guy Kawasaki 's new company +Canva (which has just been nominated for a Webby!) - and is fantastic design help for people who post a lot on social media!
And +impossible ,  Lily Cole's new organisation  which is going to bring out the best in everyone, I hope.

Did You Know?

You can check the Google+ Ripples for any URL?  (eg. your website, or a YouTube video)

Put "https://plus.google.com/ripples/details?url=" into your browser, then add a url, in this case a YouTube video, so it reads: https://plus.google.com/ripples/details?url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v%3DeCXA1_h8Dec&e

Try it with a favourite YT video to see who's sharing it.

I've discovered that this was once shared by +AJ Kohn and AFAIK it only works foe external URLs.

Could you dig and see why it's not possible for Google Plus URLs if you have the time...?

Would be an awesome tool.

Give a few bucks to this kickstarter and an awesome movie will be made starring the fantastic +Jack Turner
Alternatively, give a lot more and you could be in the credits, feature in the movie, or attend the hollywood wrap party.

Super. I got constant compliments on the tan, which I had the day before my wedding. It's been long-lasting, natural and all over. I got a number 2 ( I'm blonde, fairly fair skin) . The guy was really helpful and didn't mind me charging my phone in the salon. Don't forget to cover your nails with the barrier cream! :)

The experience tonight at Spruce was *indescribably* lovely. I was SO excited reading the menu. From the beautiful entrance to the most attentive, personal service I've ever experienced and an exquisitely fresh, thoughtful menu, this is a contender to be one of your favourite restaurants - ever . Let me start with the service, which was impeccable. Nuanced guidance on drinks, surprising amuse bouches and flawless food descriptions. And something I've never seen before - the offer of a black napkin. When we asked curiously why this was offered, we were told that it was because I was wearing all black and they didn't want me to get white lint on my clothes. Have you ever?! Not that their linen napkins would even have shred lint. The pumpkin soup and borscht were the starters I tried and they were perfection. I had the black cod for a main course and I know it's a cliche but there is nothing else to say except it melted in my mouth. The parsnip cake and the chocolate devils cake were phenomenal. Bring your clients here, or a special date, or plan a proposal, a significant night out, or simply a wonderful evening. I can't wait to go back to Spruce.

Everything was great for a night out with friends. Food was fabulous, service was attentive and friendly, decor relaxing and fun, and we had a great night. Stood at the (space efficient and smart) tables by the bar for wine and fantastic appetizers, then sat after we'd finished our wine. I shared the pork shoulder with a friend - highly recommended! Melts in the mouth.
