6 Sleep Solutions That Really Work...#2 is my favorite.
http://www.bestpreworkouts.org/insomnia/

One of the most common problems people have with pre workout stimulation is sleep deprivation. Caffeine is one of the leading factors that contribute to this problem. #insomnia   #preworkout   #stimulants   #sleep

http://www.bestpreworkouts.org/craze-pulled/
Company’s are unsure whether ingredients in Craze are safe. Founder of Driven Sports, Matt Cahill has a criminal record of distributing risky substances in the market.

A Harvard Medical School study found N-alpha-methylphenethylamine in 3 different samples of the pre workout Driven Sports Craze. This chemical has a similar chemical composition to methamphetamine. Athletes Rob Riches and Troy Errington failed a drug test from this ingredient that is not listed on the Craze label.

Driven Sports propose that previous tests did not take into account for the presence of n-beta so they came up with a “mistaken conclusion that any given sample contains n-alpha”.

Caffeine enhances nervous system activity providing mental and physical improvements. This drug has been used by athletes throughout history as a performance enhancer. Caffeine works against the the adenosine receptors by decreasing pain perception and lowering perceived exertion during exercise. Caffeine promotes calcium ion production which improves the process of turning electrical stimulus into a mechanical response.

See why greater performance benefits from caffeine are seen through pure supplementation rather than through a food source like coffee or soft drink.

Supplementation with Sodium Bicarbonate increases the pH level of our blood and decrease hydrogen ions.  Hydrogen ions move out of the muscle cells due to the differential of low pH caused by contraction and high pH through blood saturation of Sodium Bicarbonate. There are mixed results from studies questioning the benefits of supplementing with Sodium Bicarbonate.

Tyrosine is an amino acid produced in the body from Phenylalanine. It helps prevent decline in cognitive function due to physical stressors by increasing catecholamine levels.  Tyrosine also helps counteract performance decrementation due to sleep deprivation. Those who were given tyrosine performed better during memory and tracking tasks. Read more about Tyrosine at http://www.bestpreworkouts.org/tyrosine/

http://www.bestpreworkouts.org/beta-alanine/

Beta-Alanine increases Carnosine levels in the muscle that limits hydrogen ion build-up. Greater Carnosine levels help regulate hydrogen ion build up and ultimately increase anaerobic performance by delaying fatigue. Improvements were seen in VO2 peak and the time to reach VO2 peak.

Consuming more than 800mg can result in an itchy tingling feeling known as paresthesia. This feeling is not harmful to the body but can be uncomfortable.

Carnosine produced by beta-alanine helps decrease hydrogen ion build up, buffer pH levels in the muscles, prolong acidosis, and decrease protein degradation. #aminoacids   #supplements   #preworkout

Essential Amino Acids are not produced in the body but can be found in various protein based foods and supplements. Branch Chain Amino Acids(BCAA) are a specific three essential amino acids that consist of Isoleucine, Leucine, and Valine. These three amino acids account for a third of the total amino acids present in the muscle tissue. BCAAs help stimulate protein synthesis allowing for a proper anobolic state to build lean muscle.

See why the 9 essential amino acids are so beneficial, especially the 3 Branch Chain Amino Acids.
