Honda's Road Departure Mitigation (RDM) is an amazing addition that provides exceptional safety for you and your passengers.
If your vehicle is detected drifting too close to the side of the road while driving 45–90 mph without a turn signal activated, RDM alerts you with rapid vibrations on the steering wheel. If you continue to leave the roadway, it can also apply steering torque and braking to help keep your vehicle in the detected lane.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I recently leased a 2016 Honda Civic with Berlin City and I have had nothing but trouble since I drove it off the lot. I have only had the car a little over a month now and I have had to re-sign my contract 4 times because of mess up on their end. The first time I signed they filled out the paper work for a car with a different VIN number then the one they gave me the keys for! After about a week and a half they finally realized and had me come back to redo the contract, Which I was fine with knowing that they are only human and mistakes happen. After re- signing they have me come back again for paperwork that they forgot to ask me for initially ( pay-stub, proof of graduation, etc.) . So now I'm starting to get a little irritated. In my opinion they should not be forgetting this routine stuff when the sell and lease cars every day... SO about a week later I get another call asking me to come back to complete another contract because the second contract I signed was rejected by Honda finance because Berlin tried to back date the second one. So I went back in, extremely aggravated for the inconvenience of having to go back a third time for something that should have been done right the first time. I made It quite clear how unhappy I was and that I expected them to triple check all the paperwork to make sure it was 100% okay before I left because I will not be happy if I have to go back again. Just like clock work about 2 weeks after that I get a package in the mail with a 4th contract for me to re-sign since the last contract I signed was filled out incorrectly and rejected yet again by Honda finance. The fact that they didn't even have the courtesy of calling me to explain what was going on and just wrote me a note asking me to re-sign is 100% unprofessional and unacceptable to me. I am so thoroughly enraged and disgusted with this company and this whole process, I would NEVER suggest people to go through this company! Trust me this process and been anything but "Easy."

I bought a new Honda Fit on 4-22-16 and I am so excited. I love my new car. I only stopped to look and a wonderful gentleman asked me if I would like to try it out. I drove it and fell in love with it. Jack Dowd was the gentleman who showed me all the exciting things in this little car. I can't say enough about, Jack. He let me flow at my own pace, I didn't feel pushed or rushed, he was friendly and easy to talk to. Once I decided I wanted the car, I just sat back. Jack did it all for me. I told him that I had bought a number of cars in my lifetime (I'm 68) and I had never had such an easy time of it from start to finish. He did it all for me. I just signed the paper and drove away. Thank you, Jack, for making this such an easy and fun experience for me. I LOVE MY HONDA FIT !!!

If you are looking for a vehicle, new or used, see Chris Tarr at Berlin City Honda in Portland. He is very fair and extremely honest. He spent a lot of time with my family coming up with the right fit for us. We love our car and because of Chris, we are Honda lifers! Love the facility too - they make us feel very comfortable there!

Preparing to purchase a vehicle, as new parents felt daunting. After much online searching and visits to other dealerships, my husband and I pulled into Berlin City Honda in South Portland on a complete whim. Circling the lot we found the vehicle we wanted at the price we'd hoped for. When we went inside we were met by a salesman who was exactly what we needed in the moment- low pressure, fast, and a good listener. Chris Tarr made it incredibly easy to go through this process and paid attention to our needs as new parents with limited time. Since our purchase in November, they have been thorough with all of our post purchase inquiries and aks, and we are incredibly happy that our whim brought us to Berlin City.

My wife stopped in for an oil and lube job and to have my car checked out before a long trip. It wasn't a Honda but I bought the SUV it at Berlin City a while ago. The buying experience was excellent so my wife returns for service occasionally. The latest experience was with a guy named Brad. He is an excellent job handling everything. In and out, just how she likes it. She will return next time for that same service. She's a loyal one and knows she's in good hands with Brad.

I went to Berlin City yesterday not knowing what I really wanted, but Scott helped me figure it out very quickly! In the end, I decided to lease a 2016 Honda CR-V EX (a big step up from my 2001 Honda CR-V). I didn't understand leasing, so Scott patiently explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. I appreciate that he took so much time to do so (I was there from 5:30 until they closed at 8). Once he had ascertained what my wants and needs were, he started breaking down the numbers for me right away to see what I could reasonably afford, since my budget is tight. Before I even stepped into a vehicle to test drive it, I knew exactly how much I'd be paying, which made me much more comfortable. He even drove the car down to Saco after I got out of work the next day and spent about 45 minutes going over all the bells and whistles with me. I highly recommend Berlin City Honda and would shop there again in a heartbeat.

I had an outstanding experience with Berlin City. They made leasing my car easy and enjoyable. I looked at many dealerships and Berlin City was far and away the best. Scott Croteau is a great salesman. I would suggest that anyone see him if they are looking for a vehicle. Most important, I love my new 2016 Honda Civic. I'm very happy.

Do not go to Berlin City Honda for Service. The 1st visit - after I had an oil change and rotation I was driving downtown when I noticed a strange knocking noise. I decided to turn around and head straight home. I checked the tires and 90% of the bolts were finger tight. My tires almost fell off of my car while I was driving. I mentioned it when I went in for an oil change, no apology, and nothing to make up for it. So on the next oil change I needed an inspection, the told me all I needed was to fix my exhaust manifold and a small oil leak in the rear. They totally neglected to mention to me that my radiator was essentially melted and I had oil leaks in the engine as well. I took it to a different shop, who immediately pointed out all the issues and told me my car was basically scrap. Send your mechanics back to Jiffy Lube where they belong.
