Does your company adhere to CA's Prop 65 labeling requirements? Proposition 65 is a product labeling law. Companies doing business in California are required to provide a "Clear and Reasonable Warning" before knowingly and intentionally exposing anyone to a listed chemical over defined levels.

We are an ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory that provides independent testing and analysis to determine product compliance with product certification programs (CHPS), green building rating systems (USGBC LEED) and green building codes (e.g., CALGreen, ASHRAE 189.1, IgCC). Additionally, we provide testing and analytical services for building investigations and LEED commissioning studies, research projects, and product development.

Berkeley Analytical has state-of-the-art environmental testing chambers for VOC testing of building products to the ASTM D5116 and CA Section 01350 standards that are required for identifying low emitting products that qualify for the LEED IEQ credit. Low VOC paints are tested for both VOC emissions and VOC content to meet the new indoor environmental quality requirement of LEED v4. Both full scale and small scale chambers are used for furniture testing according the ANSI/BIFMA standards for furniture VOC emissions and furniture sustainability.
