We seek a Jr. UX/UI Designer to join a team with our client in Northern NJ, a prestigious global firm which is ramping up a new application design and development team.

In this role you will use your web/digital design experience to help create rich, user-friendly application experiences for business users.

A creative background and education, pixel-perfect design capability, along with solid skills in Photoshop, HTML,CSS, Wireframing tools and some sort of portfolio that we and the client can view, are all assumed. Javascript would be an additional plus.

These will be long-term (12 months +) contract assignments, 5 days/40 hours per week. All work must be done onsite at the client site near Upper Saddle River, NJ.

Data Developer/Analyst:
Our direct client in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Data Developer/Analyst due to their business expansion. Strong SQL and data analysis skills are required. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to allow data sharing and integration. Work closely with the product owners and other members of the database team to ensure data availability and quality.
Responsibilities:
: Integrate, transform, validate and reconcile large amounts of data.
: Drive critical decision making by conducting various type of analyses (e.g. segmentation, profiling, modeling).
: Ability to identify trends / data quality issues / anomalies by querying large data sets
: Deliver results packaged in pdf/or equivalent format in a timely and efficient manner.
: Communicate key insights and results to clients.
: Experience with profiling Health Care data.
: 5+ years' experience
Requirements:
: Bachelor's degree or higher from a quantitative field - computer science, engineering, mathematics, econometrics, operations research, statistics of others.

: Strong query skills in SQL/HQL
: Ability to Load/Stage raw data/flat files to a relational/non-relational db for data exploration

Our Direct Client located in Westchester County NY has an exciting new opportunity for a QA Manager to join their growing organization. The candidate should be a self-directed, results-oriented type of person that is able to work under minimal supervision. This individual has ownership of the creation, implementation and advancement of the QA process in collaboration with the Reliability Manager. This person is responsible for ensuring adherence to our clients quality assurance standards for internal and external development. This person will also build and supervise the testing and defect framework, as well as perform test coverage tasks (functional, regression, load/stress, end-to-end, data validation, integration, compatibility) for internally developed and purchased applications using manual and automated methods.

The successful candidate should have experience working within both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. The candidate will also be responsible for managing small groups of off shore manual/automated testing teams and they should have a thorough understanding of both platforms. It is a Microsoft environment and they should have a good understand of SQL query construction, any previous C#, VB and .NET programming experience would be a big plus. If the candidates have worked with Rally that would also be a big plus. They should have some exposure to Automated testing tools such as tools such as Selenium. Responsibilities:
: Responsible for ensuring that all quality assurance related artifacts are accurate, complete, and understandable based on the client's standards and processes. This includes the following:
: Defects, Requirements, and Tests entered in ALM
: Various quality assurance documents such as Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Designs, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Excel or Word based Test Scripts, etc.
: Subject Matter Expert on a suite of products to ensure that testing performed throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process is performed efficiently and effectively looking for areas of improvement and reduction of duplication to ensure greater coverage within aggressive timelines.
: Assist the onshore vendor's QA Lead or Business Product Lead, where necessary, in order for testing milestones to be met (not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work to get things accomplished).
: Be a champion for helping to ensure quality and consistency in project execution
: Work with the team, peers and management to implement test approaches that support the overall business and technology
: Liaise with other teams (e.g. Business Analysis, Development, Business) to improve quality in all phases of the SDLC.

Technical Lead / SQL expert with ETL / Data transformation background

We have a long-term contract position (12-36 months) for an experienced SQL Server developer. In this role, you will Support the use of Data & Analytics Tools for data extraction, data processing, audit analytics and business reports


3+ years of post-qualification experience in data analytics, with a background and strong affinity in ETL processes, especially handling (large) data files, interpreting these data files (format, data types) and understanding data transformations to make the data fit the Data Analysis tools through which these get processed


Database management knowledge focusing on Microsoft SQL Server technology including writing and understanding SQL stored procedures and data modeling which is documented by a degree in Computer Science or related majors and/or practical field work in extensive data analytics projects


Experience with SQL, ACL, IDEA, Alteryx or similar tools


Experience with SSIS, VBA and Microsoft Excel macros


Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a strong advantage
