What else do you integrate with your Asana workflow? I use Instagantt but I'm keen to hear what else is out there and what other systems people are using alongside Asana.

We use OnBoardify (www.onboardify.com) and sync incoming emails from Gmail and Outlook from our customers, partners, even select employees - create Asana tasks so we can use Asana as our support tool and outside people just get emails.

Does anyone else give themselves added incentives to get through their task lists? Happy Friday :)

Are many people using Instagantt? Is it still being developed? I noticed there hasn't been much activity on their social channels (not always the best indicator, I know)

Pretty stoked to be published on +The Huffington Post as part of #GivingTuesday . I've shared some thoughts on free hugs, family and giving.
As a parent, I'm often wondering what my kids will inherit from me. The question for me is less about possessions and more about values, ideas and an understanding of the world. What are the things worth giving to them to guide them as they grow older? What is it that matters?

Actually amazing... haha!

The troll filter

Many years ago (94-95) I was running a community but as all communities we had our shares of trolls in there. I tried to ban them, delete their account and all I could imagine, but of course they came back with a new user.

I grew extremely bored of them and changed tactic, I added functionality and made them invisible. They could se everything, comment on everything and participate in all activity, but noone ever saw their content, it just showed up for the trolls. All trolls could se each other and respond to each other, and sometimes the system added a comment on them with something like "a**hole!".

My users were happy, and the trolls kept busy trolling each other.

also tryout the Gnatt charting capabilities of Teamwork - that allows for dynamic updation on the Gnatt chart - which in turn reflects on different start & finish does on all affected tasks!  it's so easy & fast.  I'm considering shifting over for this feature alone.  Plus, security to be able to see task deletions by any team member / follower of task is available - which if is NOT available in Asana.  so if you have just one curious or mischievous person in your team, they could delete a task and other people who are part of th task may not realize until much later.  with no way to find out who the culprit was.

A great little independent LEGO and vintage toy retailer not far from the Adelaide CBD. The staff are friendly and helpful and their prices are good. For the LEGO fans, there's a mix of new and retired sets available at decent prices. Loose minifigs, custom parts and rare vintage sets can be found in the front cabinet. They also have some old Collectible Minifigs available at good prices. The staff are very helpful and know their stuff. It's good to stop by even if it's just for a look around and a chat. If you're looking for LEGO, put this one on your list.

Great coffee in Northern Adelaide! Owner, Julio, and his staff really makes an effort to chat and provide excellent customer service. Be wary though, the word's out and it can get busy at peak times.

A family favourite for Asian cuisine in the Adelaide suburbs. The staff have been there a long time and know many of their customers by name. The food is excellent and I recommend having a look at the 'Chinese' menu which has some extra dishes on it that don't appear in their regular menu. I recommend the shredded duck and jellyfish :)

An Adelaide icon, the updated Victoria Square is a great hub of activity in the middle of the CBD. It's a great open space and the water feature is fun for the kids. When there are events in the Square, it's good to see the area come alive. If you're looking for it, the old Three Rivers Fountain has been moved to the southern end of the Square.

My favourite thing about Dymocks in Rundle Mall, Adelaide is their customer service over Twitter. I can ask them if they have a book in stock and they'll reply fairly promptly and even put it on hold for me. It's brilliant.

Great bakery in Northern Adelaide with friendly staff. For a sweet treat, I recommend the apple fritters and crispy sticks (churros).
