What else do you integrate with your Asana workflow? I use Instagantt but I'm keen to hear what else is out there and what other systems people are using alongside Asana.

We use OnBoardify (www.onboardify.com) and sync incoming emails from Gmail and Outlook from our customers, partners, even select employees - create Asana tasks so we can use Asana as our support tool and outside people just get emails.

Does anyone else give themselves added incentives to get through their task lists? Happy Friday :)

Are many people using Instagantt? Is it still being developed? I noticed there hasn't been much activity on their social channels (not always the best indicator, I know)

Pretty stoked to be published on +The Huffington Post as part of #GivingTuesday . I've shared some thoughts on free hugs, family and giving.
As a parent, I'm often wondering what my kids will inherit from me. The question for me is less about possessions and more about values, ideas and an understanding of the world. What are the things worth giving to them to guide them as they grow older? What is it that matters?

Actually amazing... haha!

The troll filter

Many years ago (94-95) I was running a community but as all communities we had our shares of trolls in there. I tried to ban them, delete their account and all I could imagine, but of course they came back with a new user.

I grew extremely bored of them and changed tactic, I added functionality and made them invisible. They could se everything, comment on everything and participate in all activity, but noone ever saw their content, it just showed up for the trolls. All trolls could se each other and respond to each other, and sometimes the system added a comment on them with something like "a**hole!".

My users were happy, and the trolls kept busy trolling each other.

also tryout the Gnatt charting capabilities of Teamwork - that allows for dynamic updation on the Gnatt chart - which in turn reflects on different start & finish does on all affected tasks!  it's so easy & fast.  I'm considering shifting over for this feature alone.  Plus, security to be able to see task deletions by any team member / follower of task is available - which if is NOT available in Asana.  so if you have just one curious or mischievous person in your team, they could delete a task and other people who are part of th task may not realize until much later.  with no way to find out who the culprit was.

A fantastic first experience of Persian food. Highly recommend the eggplant, dumplings and lamb shoulder. If you're stuck trying to choose, ask the very friendly staff.

As a new and upcoming coworking space at the east end of Flinders St, there's a lot of potential here for great community and connections. There's plenty of space across the two floors with a well stocked kitchen and hot coffee on the go. The community manager, Adam, is great to chat to and is keen to see the community grow. Definitely recommend stopping by or trying it out if you're a freelancer, remote worker, or need space to work from.

9am, morning coffee expedition on Hindley St? If there was ever an unexpected garden cafe on the fringe of the Adelaide CBD, this would be it. Entering along the garden path off Hindley St, the open space is inviting and the all the greenery is a welcome departure from the bricks and mortar. Friendly staff, good coffee and funky tunes await.

8am, Tuesday morning. Can't help but appreciate the serenity here as I get my caffeine kick for the day while listening to the the ambient chill-out tracks and looking out the large windows at the hustle and bustle of peak hour Melbourne traffic. The staff also embody the whole vibe here with their friendly, relaxed approach to quality service. Eggs Benedict: A+

Tucked away off South Road, it's easy to miss. But don't let the modest facade fool you, this quiet restaurant has great food! The hot pot was a highlight, along with the Vietnamese beef salad. The roast duck is definitely worth trying - meaty and flavoursome. There's parking out the back if you can't find a spot on the street.

A little noisy but the atmosphere was nice for Monday night. I picked the Chicken Larb Salad and it was great! I'm planning on coming back to try the other dishes. Tip: Have a look at the menu out the front for specials, the prices weren't reflected on the menu you give you inside.
