Well that's just a kick in the face...
The Nexus 9 has been waiting weeks for any sign of a new update, but so far we’ve gotten nothing. Today however, we’ve finally got an OTA heading out, but it’s not what you’ve been expecting or hoping. Google is currently pushing out an OTA to Android 5.0.2 rather than the far more current 5.1.1. …

I agree with the photo. I don't see why not. LG made the first N5, so why not make a gen2 N5 that's not as big as the N6. Can't we have two Nexus phone variants in parallel for once? Personally I'd prefer another N5 over an N6 because of size mainly. The LGG4 is a tad smaller.

That said. After using the LG variants a few times, I don't like the hardware button layout at all. So my suggestion, everything the LGG4 is, except the hardware buttons. put them on the side for the next N5, white, red, black leather options. :)

With it's kickstand design and overall solid features, is the Lenovo Yoga 2 Tablet worth picking up? Find out in our full review!

Lenovo is no stranger to tablets and right now they have a ton of options on the market. One I’ve been using lately is the Lenovo Yoga 2 Tablet with Android. This version is the smaller 8” inch model and I have to say, it’s a pretty awesome little tablet. But the question as always, …

+Cristina Nascimento I don't want to factory reset... Also, I pulled the zip out of the system/cache/ and flashed it with Flashify. No success. Tried TWRP. Error in executing the update... Idk why?

SCR Pro is now FREE for everyone!

Check out SCR Screen Recorder thread on XDA for direct APK download and more details.

After considering different ways to republish my app (Amazon App Store/new Google Play account/FDroid etc.) I decided to publish this app for free and hope that at least some of you will support my effort by donations
I don't want to charge anyone twice for the same app and no publishing method allows for migration of thousands users who already purchased the app.
You can grab the APK from the XDA thread and enjoy all the features of the latest release of SCR Pro on Google Play. No time limits, watermarks etc. Simply full-featured best Android screen recorder for free!
Unfortunately automatic updates won't work with sideloaded APKs but I'm going add update notifications directly to SCR in the future.

Please consider donating to me via PayPal, especially if you haven't purchased SCR Pro before!
Official SCR Screen Recorder thread Check out SCR Screen Recorder, the Android most comprehensive screencast recording app. SCR Screen Recorder supports…

Why I'm never buying from +Motorola Mobility again!!

Let me preface this by saying that its no secret that I LOVE #Nexus products and Google in general... But my experience with #Motorola  today has been the worst with any company, including +Comcast, and we all know how bad that can be... Not the specific reps I was speaking with but more so the lack of a solution that I was provided with...

I'm no spoiled kid or random person ranting online... I have insurance through +T-Mobile on my #Nexus6  which I pay each month on my bill... When I have an issue that should be warranted a replacement by the manufacturer I don't feel it is right to the customer to have to use their insurance and pay a deductible to get a new phone...

If you just stumbled across this post, you have no reason to believe me or my story, but here it is anyways...

I was at the park, and my basketball shorts got wet from being splashed with water from water guns and a hose... My Nexus 6 was in the pocket of my now wet shorts... This apparently is enough to cause water damage to the phone... The indicator is RED inside the sim card slot and this instantly voids the warranty of the device because "liquid damage" isn't covered... But wait, the screenshot shows here that the phone is water resistant...

Everyone at Google and T-Mobile agree, that the amount water my phone received warrants a replacement as a defective unit because it shouldn't have had any liquid penetration to the inside of the device...

Carlos, from Motorola, his exact words were "there's no way we can prove that's what happened. For all we know you might have gone swimming with the device. We don't know how long your phone was in your wet shorts, we don't know how wet those shorts got. There's no way we could honor this as a warranty replacement when warranty doesn't cover liquid damage." I was just as shocked at his words as you are so I asked to speak with someone higher than him to which he said he was the highest person at +Motorola Mobility in the entire WORLD to speak with... And even after some persistence and pushing, I still got nowhere... So I gave up...

Google can't replace the device because it was purchased through T-Mobile but the rep assured me that if that was purchased through Google, they would honor that type of replacement...

Now, I'm stuck paying the $175 deductible for me to get a replacement phone through my insurance... +T-Mobile said they can't do anything about that deductible but they understand my situation is frustrating and they feel I should've been able to get a replacement through Motorola... So instead, they credited my bill a certain amount, and proved to me once again what customer service should be like when dealing with companies we show so much loyalty to...

So now after I get my replacement device, I need to pick a different phone because I am not going to continue to support Motorola, a company that leaves their customers high and dry in situations like this... This is really frustrating because I don't feel any other manufacturer makes a device and provides their customers with updates as quick as Motorola and Nexus in general... I have no idea what phone to get now... Please no suggestions, this isn't a question, this is me venting... I might be selling my Moto360 as well... I'll have to see about that and possibly get the LG Urbane or Huawei smartwatch...

It sounds extreme, but I am loyal until you break that loyalty... Goodbye +Motorola Mobility...

TL;DR
Motorola sucks.
Nexus 6 is NOT water resistant.
T-Mobile is awesome.
Google is too.
