Grape Arctic Rush

Been looking for a place to get a "slush" drink in California and finally discovered that dairy Queen had such a thing called the 'Arctic Rush' which is basically just right! Awesome! #cold #fruity #sweet

I can dig it. I think this version has more bass than the original, but I especially like the 2nd half when it gets more emotional.

Marrow Appetizer

This was pretty delicious, if just a tad over-seasoned. But a great start to a really good meal the other night. #greasy #umami #herbed #meaty

There are some interesting facts on the tour, and it's an overall worthwhile visit, but unless you're really into cemetaries it's not a must-see, I think. It was interesting to see all the Jewish headstones (I had no idea there was a Jewish community in Atlanta going back nearly 200 years), and it's quiet and relaxing if you need a place to chill out. I wish I was in town for the pre-Halloween tour they do, though -- that actually sounds pretty amazing. People dress up like the folks who are buried, and tell their stories next to the mausoleums etc., at night before Halloween. I would really like to go to that!

Eggs benedict with lobster and crabcake -- really tasty overall, pretty plating (although I could have done without the swirl of whatever that was, sticky on the edge -- ended up all over my hand). $3 mimosa as well! Very reasonable prices for the quality, quick service (at the bar), and they were pumping out the jams really getting into a weekend vibe :) Definitely worth another visit to try some of the other dishes.

Seriously this is the best roasted chicken in the world. I used to eat here all the time when I lived in Barcelona 11 years ago. Upon return I had to see if it was still so good. It's amazing. mouth watering delicious incredible and cheap too! if I could open one of these in San Francisco area I would. yum mmmmmmmmmmmmm

Best candymaker and cakes in Barcelona! If you are an obvious tourist with deep pockets they will generally be polite but if they think you are local you probably need to converse in Catalan for best service :) Worth it, regardless. So awesome!

Not bad at all. And for some reason they have the most amazing lemonade (really! It's weird!) Anyhow while it won't be confused with Godzilla in the city for example, it is a big step above the sushi you're going to get at a supermarket. I used to like the place down at Carlmont a bit better but they changed ownership and raised prices so we now prefer Shiki. Nothing fancy to look at inside, but a wide variety of rolls and very reasonably priced. It's now our local go to place for sushi (and cray good lemonade!)
