I wrote about this in my book and offered it in the free online course. However, for the first time, I'm sharing the SERVANT Leadership Acronym on MSL. Tell me what you think and please, share with anyone who may appreciate this...

Finally! The SERVANT Leadership Acronym Definition. Based on my 10+ years of studying the concept, I wanted a more simple, easy-to-share definition for you. Here you go...  http://modernservantleader.com/servant-leadership/servant-leadership-acronym-definition/

Friendly & helpful. Great for everyone from the beginner (no attitude / superiority complex) to the professional (tons of inventory & options). Highly recommended. I bought my first decent mountain bike from them. They gave me lots of information, helped me pick a great bike that I still love, 2 years later. Been back several times since and the experience is always positive.

Terrific space! I rented desk space while visiting. Free wifi was great and because the full office was not in use, they let me sit there, which also had a great of the river. One tip: if you have AT&T Wireless, you may have a weak signal, but it does work. Highly recommended.

Very different - great family place. We went there for a game night and our kids loved it. Bought the "no stress chess" set and a pirate game. If you're looking for creative ideas for game nights with the family or friends - check them out.

Clean. Tons of equipment - especially cardio. Very inexpensive. No frills though either - the way many of us prefer.

I hope your experience is better than ours, but here are the facts from our view: 1. Wrong Estimate 2. Poor Quality Products 3. Poor Quality Service 4. Legal Threats 1. WRONG ESTIMATE We carefully shopped around and got several estimates from local providers. Carpet Bonanza's estimate was the cheapest. Then, after we made the deposit payment, they called to inform us they "missed" a large section of our floor plan. As a result their estimate was off by about 30%. Had they provided an accurate estimate, they would have been much more expensive than at least 2 other local vendors. We were upset and so they agreed to still provide the product and installation for the original quote. This made us happy, but unfortunately, every time we had an issue (see below), they gave us a guilt trip about how they were providing the product and service at a discount because of this bad estimate. 2. POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS Carpet - We explained to our sales representative we had small children and so we needed a durable product. He assured us the quality of the product was very high. I must now disagree. Within days of installation, we had several snags and tears. Padding - I had researched online and learned the quality of the padding was important. I asked our sales representative about padding options and he said they were all the same. I must now disagree. It's obvious the padding is a low quality compared to others. 3. POOR QUALITY SERVICE When purchasing the product, we were encouraged to not use their own service team. Instead, the sales representative knew some local installers we could use at a cheaper rate. We preferred to keep the product and service with one outfit so any debate over installation, warranty, etc. could be managed through them. When they installed the carpet, the edges to our hardwood floors were extremely rough and below the level of the wood. It looked bad and felt even worse. They came back out to fix it and the new person agreed, it had not been done properly. This took several visits. The last "repair" was made on a Friday and we received notice of a lien against our home by Carpet Bonanza the next day (see below - #4). 4. LEGAL THREATS The day after they finally completed the repairs to the installation, we received an official letter from Carpet Bonanza placing a lien on our home for non-completion of payment. Keep in mind we'd already made several payments and installation repairs were only finished the day before. This means they sent the lien letter before they even completed the repairs. I intentionally waited a long time to write this review because it's not in my nature to be negative (see my other reviews online). However, I want to save you the same pain and frustration. I strongly urge you to consider other local vendors, such as: - Interior Images - DeWaard Interiors - Menards

The worst Best Buy experience I've had - twice at the same store. If you need to go to a BB, try another store in the area. Customer service here is unusually difficult.
