A very important part of the whole process perhaps and one which can make or break reputations. But exciting? Maybe not so much.
And it can get a bit complex. Workflows, Standard Operating Procedures, Time Zones, Languages, Cultures, Customs and a whole bunch of other stuff gets in the way.
At Bellville Rodair, we have thought about this quite a lot. We believe in Building Reliability. Other companies do the A to B stuff quite well. Only a few excel in managing the whole process.
When we decided to create an online tool for our customers to manage everything in their logistics realm we didn't just copy the competition. In truth, the competition didn't have much worth copying. Online tools are often overly complex, poorly designed and difficult to use.
MiReport was designed with just one word in mind: Simplicity. We figured that if we could design a system which distills all the complexity of your supply chain process into a system which is as easy to use as doing a Google search you'd want to use it.
