We have been trying out different recipes to make our British barbecue more inspiring. Adding steak to the barbecue is quick and easy. The dip that we have made was delicious! It went with the new potatoes brilliantly as a dressing. A very healthy and quick to make dip made from fresh ingredients. What could be better this summer?

Steak is so versatile. Whether it is cut into strips or into squares or left whole, it is all yummy. The dip that we made can be used as a salad or potato dressing, a dip for meat strips or as a marinade for larger cuts of steak.

Simply Beef and Lamb have so many inspiring and tasty recipes that you can try on the barbecue this year.

Have you had a barbecue this summer yet? Which new recipes have you tried on the BBQ?
