I just saw this - but my favorite re-set food is a soup of any kind of greens (kale, collards, spinach, or all of the above) simmered with onions and garlic. It's my go-to when I'm sick or a good after-holiday detox. :)
love this!!! I've been eating lots of kale lately and trying to eat some greens every day!  Good reminder!
