The latest from my vlog! It's not easy, but sometimes we have to fire clients (there are a lot of reasons why it can happen). Today on my Mindset Minute channel on YouTube, I'm sharing some quick tips on identifying when you may need to let go of a client and also how to do it without burning a bridge. https://youtu.be/QekASlTRVp4

I'm a writer working on a story and would love your help. What do you think are the keys to scaling a commercial cleaning company? What do you wish you had known when you were setting about scaling your BSC business? Or, if you're not yet scaling, what would you like to know about how to scale your business? Thank you!

I was recently dis-invited to participate in an online summit because my email list wasn't big enough. (You can read the whole story in my post below)

It's a method many coaches teach, and plenty of people are doing it as a way to list build, etc. What do you think? Is it a smart tactic, or do you agree with me that it's unprofessional and short-sighted?

I wrote about my thoughts on email list size here and would love to hear your thoughts on this topic. http://beckymollenkamp.com/does-email-list-size-matter/
