You are too funny!  I was making a peach dump cake with the canned peaches and cake mix over the summer and all the reviewers were giving it bad reviews because it didn't use fresh peaches and I was thinking - hey if it is good its good and that is all there is to it.  Plus sometimes you just need a good recipe for something you can make from your pantry.  I love my cast iron skillet and I love Trisha Yearwood recipes, too.  Her pork roast is my favorite.  I just might have to try this tonight!

With cloud computing, Lindt, the 160+-year-old Swiss chocolatier, has made it possible for you to order your own pick and mix truffles and chocolates online, and in your own, custom-designed packaging. Yum. http://bit.ly/RamuyF #MadeWithIBM

I think homemade pizza is one of the best things to make on a cold night at home.  White Spinach Pizza is a great change from the traditional pepperoni pizza and so delicious with a homemade crust!

This White Spinach Pizza is adapted from King Arthur Flour and uses creamy ricotta and mozzarella cheese.

Are you staying in tonight because it is too cold to go out? This is a great version of Veal (or Chicken) Marsala that is lightened up and still as good as any restaurant could make. It is easy, too!

I am a huge biscuit fan and being a transplant here in the south I have tried perfecting my biscuit making (but would love any tips she may have.)   I also love my cast iron skillet so her book sounds amazing!  My favorite side dish is probably just mashed potatoes with turkey gravy...although sweet potato casserole is right up there, too!
Have you ever fallen in love with a cook book as soon as you opened it? Like you're standing in the store and you start to thumb through it and you just start swooning page after page? That's what happened to me with this boo...

This is a great Easter recipe.  I think you made a nice addition with the toasted coconut.  I love finding new cake mix recipes, too!
I’m getting spring fever. Although I love winter and the snow I’m ready for a change of season and that comes late for Rhode Island. We’ve had a few nice days but for the most part it’s been chilly out. I’m waiting for a nice...

Mmmm....this sounds yummy!  I will have to look for some of this sausage when I go to my Asian market next time.  Have never had it before.
I've been eating a lot of sugar snap peas lately. I kinda get going with something and get a bit obsessed with it. Right now it's sugar snap peas. My local Sam's Club sells them in a 1 pound bag with no strings! Stringless. O...

This Cherry Berry Banana Smoothie is a fun, healthy smoothie made with frozen fruit, greek yogurt and coconut water. Even my picky smoothie drinker gave this a thumbs up!
