I never get sick of seeing the view beneath me after taking off, watching the earth beneath me turning into a miniature model village. I imagine that I'm some sort of God looking down on my creations and admiring my work. However, I'm still in awe as to how the hell such a big chunk of metal stays in the air. The world is so easily accessible now, hooray for science and for people a lot smarter than me!! #BeatTheGrind

I've driven to Melbourne so many times but I've never stopped to check out the Pink Lake. No need to go all the way to the Himalayas to get your pink rock salt we've got a huge reserve here! Next time I pass through I'm having a picnic here so I can use the line "Can you pass the salt?" It will have my dining companions in stitches laughing 😂 #BeatTheGrind

It's becoming a bit of a tradition, my mate @the.free.ranger and I return to where it all started a year ago down at Maslin Beach. We've upped the ante this time with some pretty mediocre handstands, if it wasn't for the invention of burst photography this would have been a pretty dismal photo. Happy New Year to all, I hope 2018 brings great adventures and excitement to you all. My resolution this coming year is to continue to push myself out of my comfort zone and achieve great things! #BeatTheGrind

This is how Sundays should be spent, on the couch surrounded by your favourite toys. Well, that's what Millie told me she loves to do 😀 #BeatTheGrind

When you're bored of waiting for your glutenous parents to finish strawberry picking, time to use whatever you can find as a playground to keep occupied! #BeatTheGrind

Now this is what I call al fresco dining! The Thai people have taken it to the next level with these mountain side huts. The railing is incredibly low so take it easy with the alcoholic beverages or you could find yourself bouncing down the hill accompanied by the laugher of your friends from above! 😂 #BeatTheGrind

If you ever visit Chiang Mai, make sure you hire a scooter and explore the surrounding areas. You will not be disappointed driving through the twisting mountain roads surrounded by views like this! #BeatTheGrind

You appreciate things a lot more when you have to work for it. I'm always searching for this Pad Thai vendor who goes by the same of Pad Thai Moustache Style. He moves around the city with his mobile motorbike kitchen so you never really know where he's going to be. I love that there's no app or easy way to find him because when you do track him down the food tastes so much better! Maybe that's his marketing strategy, if so, he's a genius! #BeatTheGrind
