Running on the beach is not only fun, but also health activities. Instead of running on road or park, this kind of activity provides more enjoyable and peaceful atmosphere. During the activity, the surface of sand will strengthen your feet’s muscles and at the same time your mind will also be refreshed as you enjoy the stunning view and feel the lovely sea breeze. You will take the full benefit of running on the beach by doing this activity early in the morning or, evening before the sunset time. On these times, the air is actually fresher, free-polution and the beach is still less crowd with visitor. Avoid to running on midday or sun still bright as it will damage your skin. It is highly recommended to wear shoes in order to prevent your feet from any injuries.
