Ok. So.. The quality of the room is decent they really need to upgrade the rooms though because it has old fashion decor. The Wifi is horrible parking bad, Rooms are clean. The outside views and water activities are awesome the elevators are always crowded because so many people and it's a popular hotel. I would not highly recommend this hotel but it isn't bad just minor things like I explained above

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! Worst stay of my life!!!!! I'm only giving it one star because of the prime location. This place screwed us from day one. Rushed through check in, not given full information. Room was deplorable!!! Covered in cat hair, even though no pets are allowed. My son and I are highly allergic and both broke out in hives. Couldn't move us because they were overbooked. Refused to do any more than offer us a meal credit which they then forgot to add to our account. Moved us on the second day. Housekeeping and maintenance is a joke. Roaches everywhere!!! 5 days, couldn't get a blanket, couldn't get coffee. I ran out of fingers to count how many times I was told they were out of something. We were paid in full and they refused to give us our deposit back, because the manager didn't get in until 11.

NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR. Worst place I think I have ever stayed. The bathtub is very nasty. Mold in the restroom. The two beds are sticky and then the pull out couch is very nasty. Fridge won't get cold but the freezer will. Don't get even half the channels they say you do and the ones you do get are fuzzy. Some of the lights don't work in the hotel. I paid $368.59 for one night and planned on staying the rest of the week but I will be going to a different resort for the rest of the week. I do not feel safe having my family in this hotel at all. the privacy blind is missing between the living room and the bed room. The trash can was full when I got to the hotel room. I have pictures of everything and I would rather sleep at red roofend.

The beach colony resort was easy to find and check in was a breeze. The parking garage was somewhat questionable with very low areas and one vehicle only ramps to go in or out. The rooms are somewhat clean but very outdated. A lot of rust in the bathrooms and the beds are very cheap. The are 8 pools, 6 outside and 2 inside and 2 bars and a resturant. The resort also has beach access which makes for a convienent stay.

I have to give 5 stars although some cleaning work is needed. I'm leaving tomorrow and have to say my first "mommy/son" vacation was a HIT! Heck I will come here alone one day 😁 Overall very thin is great. The cleaning service could use some work. Maybe take a day per floor and deep clean.. Things are sticky on the tables and the kitchen cabinets could use a good scrub. Overall, an amazing time. The beach, breakfast, live DJ all day and night, kid friendly activities makes this an awesome place. Again... Will likely come with adult friends next time. Would love a clean area (no bad junk just stickiness from previous tenants) ❤️

HERE NOW AT HOTEL. NOT GOOD AT ALL. NO TOWELS IN ROOMS TO WASH WITH . I RESERVED A 2 BEDROOM ON THURSDAY AND DIDNT GET A 2 BEDROOM UNTIL SATURDAY. THE YOUNG LADY DOWN STAIRS TOLD ME SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE. YEAH OKAY AND IM SUPPOSE TO BELIEVE THAT. PEOPLE CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL. YOU ALL BEEN WORN. PARKING IS AWFUL. ONE WAY IN ONE WAY OUT. WORST PARKING EVER. NEXT TIME IM STAYING AT THE HILTON. also the internet works when it wants to. I which i could report this to some sort of hotel inspection thingy. `I will never ever come back to this hole in the wall. Prices are jacked up because its the summer time and they think they can price gouge. I which i could go on for ever about this place. no type of customer service. This should be a one star hotel. Its 2016 and nothings up to date Everything in the room old looking. Owner put some money into your hotel. I which i could stand in front of this hotel with a sign to warn everyone don't come here, theres better for you some place else. Im scared to sleep on the bed sheets. After all this chaos i don't know whether its safe to sleep on the sheets. In Hallway i saw a roach. In room theres fake wood on floor. Not even wood. its stickers that look like wood. Workers up front look worn out like they look over worked. Look on yelp people i made a mistake not to and i learned the hard way. the only enjoyment i had here was my wife and family and food somewhere else. Breakfast 9 dollars and i got sick after eating it. So to sum things up don't come here it aint worth your time and effort.

Just left today July 9th from a week's vacation. This was the 4th year we have stayed and after this year we will not be back ever! We checked in on Saturday July 2nd at 10am and didn't get in our room until 4pm even though it had been ready since 330pm and they never called us. Our fridge stopped working and we called at 5pm to tell them and again at 7pm and again at 9pm. I finally went to front desk at 11pm and no one knew of the report of the fridge being torn up. Finally at midnight he came and fixed it after all our food was.ruined. We were suppose to get $150 food credit which we.never received! Then things started disappearing from our room including a envelope with a great deal of our vacation money but of course when brought to attention it was not the maid. We then left something out just to see if the maid would take it and bam she did! Imagine that!!!!! Very very disappointed!!!!

First day was not nice, Check in was a breeze. Parking is a nightmare with only one way in and one way out and only enough room for one car to pass. The first room they put us in was hot and muggy. The air conditioner did not work and the carpet was wet in several spots but the reason for it was unknown. The beds looked thrown together, not made. The bathroom was horrible with mildew all around the fixtures and the shower curtain is too short for the tub. Only one of three lamps worked. Free Breakfast???? If there was free breakfast, we were not told about it. The one bedroom with two beds is nothing more than a motel room. The only thing they had that a motel doesn't have is a sink they call a kitchen. They moved us to another room that was not much better. We had to keep the air on 60 just to cool it off. Only one lamp worked. The cabinets were updated as were the sink and bathroom fixtures but everything else is out dated. Both rooms had a damp, mustty odor and plumbing is horrible. TV is fuzzy no matter what channel you are watching. Thank god we were not in the room that long. This place is really overpriced for what you get. They advertise no smoking, but someone was smoking pot in their room and you could smell it all over the place. Won't stay there again. When we wee moved from one room to the other, my daughter left her brush and hair dryer in the first room. When we called the very next morning, housekeeping said they had not found it. We stopped by the desk the next day...again, housekeeping said they had not found it so, if they keep a hair dryer and a brush...DON"T LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN YOUR ROOM!!!!
