So you've tackled the crowds during Black Friday and worn your keyboard out during Cyber Monday, but what about Giving Tuesday? Celebrated on the first of December, Giving Tuesday recognises the importance of giving and the different ways you can get involved whether it’s making a donation, volunteering your time or expertise or simply raising awareness.

There are a number of ways you can give to the BDA including volunteering on our Helpline in Bracknell, shopping online through our Give as You Live link or making a regular donation through direct debit. Find out more by visiting the link below:

Message from the BDA International Conference Team

The B.D.A.’s 10th International Conference is a landmark event for the B.D.A., as well as the wider Dyslexic community. Throughout the decades, the International Conference has brought together leading academics from across the world and provided a platform for cutting edge research and thinking. The three days are an opportunity for the education community to network and build connections which go beyond the life of the conference.

IC:2016 ‘Moving Forward: Challenges and Transitions’ will be an extra special IC! The conference will of course review our past developments and then look very much to the future… The Challenges and Changes that will occur as our understanding of transitions increases and we move forward!

We aim, at this conference to continue to link theory to practice and are delighted to welcome leading academics from around the world as well as teachers and parents. A full programme will offer something for everyone, from all aspects of the debate within dyslexia.

Join us for what will be prove to be a lively and vibrant 10th Anniversary International Conference!
