I had a great experience buying a car through baxter. Ken Kelly went the extra miles to make sure that I was able to purchase a vehicle. When one car fell through, Ken and his team went to work for me and found a car that would work for my budget. Baxter went further than I thought any car dealership would. Ken made sure that I was happy in the car I got and that my year ended with a smile. I will definitely send all my friends and family to Ken. He really does go beyond customer service. He is a great guy that goes above and beyond for his customers. If you need a car, talk to Ken. I will buy another a car from him when I am ready!

I took my vehicle to Baxter the day after Christmas when it suddenly started making loud noises. Although they were very busy, Baxter still fit me in. My Service Advisor, Chris Weatherly, kept me informed throughout the process. After a difficult diagnostic of a complicated engine issue, it was discovered my vehicle needed an entire new motor. Chris worked closely with my Extended Warranty company to secure full coverage for this expensive and major repair. Negotiations took place to avoid from having the warranty company from totaling out the vehicle, leaving me hundreds, even thousands of dollars short. He offered me a courtesy vehicle at no expense, even though my coverage was maxed out and the warranty company would not be paying for the rental. Chris was always friendly, empathetic, professional, and courteous throughout this entire process. He made me feel taken care of and valued as a customer. This was the same service I received earlier in the year when this same vehicle had its transmission fail. At that time, Cheryl was my Service Advisor, and she also worked with my Extended Warranty company to secure full coverage for a new transmission. Their service technicians are experienced and work hard to deliver on time. Baxter has proven their reliability, trust, and capabilities time and time again. Not only will I count on them for any future repairs, I will be a customer for future vehicle purchases as well. Thank you Chris, Cheryl, and all the service technicians who helped get me through this stressful circumstance!

My wife and I went to Baxter not knowing much about vehicle leasing. Ken Kelly, the person who helped us, was patient and took the time to explain the process to us. We found a car that met our needs, and were soon driving it off the lot! Ken and the rest of the staff were very helpful- at no time did we feel pressured to buy anything, and they patiently answered all of our questions. We are thoroughly satisfied with our experience, and would recommend Baxter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone!

Just purchased a new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Baxter Jeep in Lincoln. The experience was great and the salesperson , Chuck Heikes, was knowledgeable and not overwhelming like some sales reps I have tried to work with in the past . The sales mgr was pleasant and we were able to come to an agreement on price without pressure. The time with the finance dept was pleasant and quick. I highly recommend this dealership. Being new to the Lincoln area and the state of NE it was nice to find a dealership that I could work with and I feel confident that we will be doing more business together in years to come . Lets see how well the service dept is and if they can meet the mark of excellence also.

I was so nervous about buying a new car, but Mark Perez made me feel at ease! He always made himself available to answer my questions as soon as possible. He has even checked in with me to make sure that I still love my car (and I do!). He also gave me a tour of the areas where customers can have access while they wait for oil changes, and made me feel like I was at home. Very professional and courteous! Had an enjoyable buying experience at Baxter. Chuck was our sales guy and was very helpful and polite. He didn't pressure us into anything we were not comfortable with and he did his best to make the process of buying a vehicle as enjoyable as it can be. After having a terrible experience at Husker Auto Group a few days prior, it was refreshing to see a dealership handle themselves with professionalism and integrity.

My wife and I were greeted within a couple of minutes after arriving on the lot. Ken Kelly introduced himself and asked if he could help. Talked about what we were looking for, and got us started. NO HARD SELL! Just pleasant conversation and test drive. We did not buy that particular vehicle, but a few days later I was contacted by Ken about new incentives and a truck I might like. Saw it the evening and drove it home. He knew what I liked and found it for me. I would do business with Ken and Baxter again.

Horrible dealership. Do not buy from these guys. I bought a new Jeep Patriot and traded my old car in. Found out they gave me $7059.00 under market value. The salesperson just kept saying the price is the price we can offer. Now they are selling it for $2000 more then they gave me on trade on top of the 7059 they quoted me.i can't believe these people are still in business. Also my car started leaking inside the cabin and they said it wasn't covered under warranty. It's only been off the lot for a week and it's not covered. BS. They also wined and complained when I didn't get the extended warranty and my interest rate that I'm paying now is not what we originally agreed upon. I'm very displeased with this dealership and I'm in huge regret. RUN FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!
