How Important is Pricing Your Home Correctly?
That depends on how quickly you want to sell!

Here are the 5 most important factors a Realtor will use to price your home, via +Bill Gassett, top Realtor in MA.

Do you know the five most important factors for pricing a home?

The price you initially set on your home will be the biggest reason why it sells or not. Set the wrong price and everything else you do won't matter.

Based on the fact that thousands upon thousands of homes across the country get reduced on a daily basis it is easy to see that pricing a home is not easy.

There are tons of mistakes made when pricing a home. In the article you will see what factors you should be looking at!

Have you mowed your lawn yet? If not, get it ready with these tips:

- Use fresh gasoline!
- Lubricate the moving parts.
- Clean the air filter.
- Check and change the oil.
- Replace the spark plug.
- If blades are dull or bent, replace them.

Happy Spring!

Home Sales Soar...
This Spring has been the best in many years here in the Lehigh Valley!

Both suyers and sellers are back into the real estate market. While we had a modest 1.5% increase in appreciation in 2014 we hoping to see a more normal 3.5% appreciation this year.

Inventory is low so the homes that are clean, staged, and priced right are getting multiple offers! I think we have finally seen the market turn.

While this is a funny picture, selling a home without a Realtor is no laughing matter! There's so much at stake, you want to have an experienced Realtor working for you!

How Over Improvement Can Hurt Your Home Sale
+Tina Israelson does a great job of explaining to us why over improving a home may not bring you the rewards you are hoping for when it's time to list it for sale.

So you are looking to sell your home and you spent the last 10 years making improvements and high end upgrades to your home with the expectation that when you sell it, you’ll be able to recoup your expenses and make a huge profit!

You choose your Realtor , she or he tells you what your home can be listed for, and devastation sets in. Why? Because the dollar amount you thought you could sell it for is way out of the ball park!

It happens all the time. What I hope to help you learn is why this could happen and how you can avoid it in the first place.

My Team and I take pride in providing our clients the very best in service, real estate expertise and Internet technology. Our experience and professionalism benefit you, our clients, with all your home purchasing and selling needs.
Introduction
Helping our clients to achieve their home buying goals is almost like building a home. If you had one individual who had to clear the land, put in the foundation, do the framework, electrical, plumbing, finish carpentry and paint it would take forever and the results would not be as good as if you had an expert craftsman who specialized in each task. It’s the same thing in Real Estate. If one individual had to do everything, whether it’s searching the MLS for new listings, advertising, going on listing appointments, returning feedback calls, working with buyers, working with sellers or checking for all the legal and financial aspects of a closing, there’s no way one person can get it all done and do a superior job at each task.

I feel so blessed to have such an incredible team working with me and for our clients. Each member of the team contributes to the synergy that allows us to provide you Real Estate services that exceed your expectations and help you to achieve your home buying and selling goals.
Bragging rights
I have an amazing real estate team who works harder than any team I've seen, proud to say I have raised 2 wonderful children, and take pride in my husband. We also have 2 cats that keep us entertained everday!
