Today's BGBB article explains one of the most important parts of Cha Cha and Rumba: The Cuban Hip Action!
http://ballroomguide.com/resources/blog/2016_12_14_cuban_hip_action.html
One of the most essential movements in Rumba and Cha Cha is the Cuban Hip Action. Rhythmical hips are one of the most eye catching aspects of Latin, yet for all its allure, the proper technique escapes so many dancers. Today, we are going to talk about the two types of hip movements that go into the Cuban Action, and how exactly to dance that action properly. Ballroom Guide's Ballroom Blog (BGBB) is always full of fresh content, ranging from tech...

The traditional technique for Tango is staccato, but incorporating a legato action can make your dancing powerful! Don't know what that means? Click here to find out
http://ballroomguide.com/resources/blog/2016_11_30_tango_staccato_legato.html

This article will introduce you to the different interpretations of Tango music, staccato ...
