Of all the places where BPA is found, perhaps the most disturbing is baby bottles. #bpafree
Babies are the most vulnerable to the effects of BPA. So make sure all your baby products are BPA-free.

More and more scary...

A quote from the American Chemistry Council's website:
http://plastics.americanchemistry.com/Plastics-FAQs

Q: Are toxic chemicals included in the plastic products we buy?

A: The simple answer is ‘not intentionally’. The more thorough answer is that toxicity is a complicated subject. Salt, and even water, at too high an intake are toxic to humans. Both are necessary for health and neither is considered toxic. To be a risk, any toxic material must be delivered to sensitive organs in sufficient quantity to create an adverse result. Health risk is not created by mere presence alone.

...

These guys are better than politicians when it comes to giving answers that carefully avoid answering the question.

The honest, ethical answer to the question is, "Yes".

Single-use plastics? Not good...
Single-use plastics express the worst in us as humans. For a small advantage in convenience, we defer a high cost to others, including our children.

Fighting the use of BPA and Phthalates in household plastics
Introduction
Personally, it makes me screaming mad that chemical companies think it's OK to expose us to toxic chemicals in the plastics we buy and use.

This site is my small contribution to getting the word out there, so people can rid their homes of dangerous chemicals in the plastics used by themselves, their children and even their babies.
