Thinking of starting swimming now that Winter is over?

This position, more commonly known as Extended Child's Pose, is actually a great and relaxing stretch for many of our back muscles and paraspinal muscles.
The supported position means that your muscles get to fully relax into the stretch
You can target one specific side of the back by walking the hands to the left or to the right, perfect for winding down after a long day!
