A few of the BIA UK team got together for our Christmas party last weekend. Under the instruction of a professional chef we all made and then ate a 3 course meal. Then on Saturday we spent the day volunteering at Maiden Lane Community Centre helping them run their Christmas Event for the people in the surrounding estates which was incredibly rewarding. The whole weekend was great and taught us lots about team building, problem solving as well as having a great laugh. Learn about the community centre here: www.maidenlanecommunitycentre.org.

This article perfectly sums up what BIA have always believed and hence what we deliver to our clients: “The best workplace wellness programs increase awareness about the link between lifestyle and health, motivate people to change and build the skills necessary to do so, and provide opportunities to practice a healthy lifestyle.”

BIA and it’s colleagues donated money at our Christmas party instead of buying the usual Secret Santa gifts. See us mentioned at the bottom of the site.
