The waiter was excellent. He did a great job but it seemed like the kitchen was having some issues. We were there on New years eve so it's a busy night. Ordered my burger "well" and it came out obviously "rare." I had a few bites and it was still delicious but had to wait a long time for another "to go." When I was in the bathroom a cook left without washing his hands. And when my "to go" burger arrived there was actually a cochroach on the top of the container. Wow. I have a picture of it and showed the waiter. Nothing he could do but pretty surprising and makes me wonder what's going on back there.

Our General Manager did speak with you that evening and ordered a new burger for you to correct the situation. We are very sorry for that mixup. She does not recall you mentioning a bug nor seeing one and we'd like you to know that we take both of your comments very seriously. Went in here hungry to eat good food with 3 friends. Came out hungry. Let's not pretend that a restaurant is anything other than a place that lets you eat good food in a timley manner. This place was neither. sh%tty service, might as well shut it down and do something more valuable in life, you are clearly not interested in your core competency.

Went to eat here with a few friends. Food was decent and decently priced. However the service was not. We asked if they would serve us, since it was near closing time. They said no problem (great, we thought!), we ordered 4 small platters quickly, they brought our food soon. But the waitress was beyond rude and obviously upset because she had to stay longer (?) We usely leave a generous tip in the US, since most restaurants have great staff. We only left a few spare dollars this time because of the horrible service. Our dinner experience all together was poor. A shame, because the nice decor and the food are fine.

Great atmosphere. Unfortunately the food isn't that great as well. Lobsters for the lobster roll is frozen and are tasteless. Burger wasn't that tasty. On the plus side, the chips were hot and delicious. I loved those.

I went on a Tuesday night. It wasn't busy. The server, Tom, was attentive but not intrusive. Good food, drinks and service. Reasonably priced for the area.
