Recently I visited Hong Kong and was delighted to learn how useful Google Maps was. I could pick where I wanted to go using public transport, MTR and buses, with walking instructions. Fantastic job Google!

I have been using a pebble for sometime and like it a lot. Comparing to other watches i wear, a Citizen and a Rado, the aesthetics of smart watches are still somewhat basic. it is interesting to note that while smartwatches pack a lot of hardware into a tiny space they seem to take up more space than the traditional watches.

The Moto 360 Android Wear Watch Is Ready For Its Closeup

This is what the new Moto 360 watch from Android Wear looks like. The smartwatch has Qi-based wireless charging, a heart rate sensor and water and dust resistance – and it should be on the market this month.

Will you be a proud Moto 360 owner?

After a long time of great service my Roku started giving trouble and I tried online chat for support only to see this - 45 minute wait! Have you ever seen such a long wait for online chat support?

Introduction

I started my life in rural India and now live in Minnesota (need I say more). I love the look of winter wonderland after a fresh snow fall. I follow news on Technology and Gadgets - I am a daily reader of Google Sci/Tech. I work in the  Technology industry and love what I do for a living.

I have always been impressed with the quality and service at the India Palace Roseville, We have been visiting them over over many many years; the food and service have always been great. One thing unique about this restaurant is its consistency in taste - they must work to maintain the taste over so many years - well done. The recent face lift has improved the place even further.

I posted the following one star review some time ago. I see that the owner responded to a 5 star review promptly. IMO this illustrates their attitude.I am glad to see more restaurants are opening in the metro and a stiffer competition perhaps would help. ----- I have been there twice. We enjoyed all South Indian dishes; the alu mattar was a disaster with too much cream. We enjoyed the dosa, chutneys, and chicken chettinad. We went again a few weeks ago. After seating us and giving us drinks we were told that dosas were not avaiable as there was a large party in. Instead of being offered alternate items, the waiter rudely told us that was it. We took the business elsewhere. The manager asked me why we were leaving as I was walking out. I explained what we were told and he had no response to offer. Do not plan to go again.

Quite an experience! I had been to the Grand Palace the previous day. This is different. Older looking and the access is very good. The climb.up was not easy especially the second level and the climb down was challenging. The view from the top is rewarding. The surrounding shrines are also a worth a walk. I had read that the access by the river was the best, so took a taxi to the river boat stop and crossed over. It was worth it.

We had a pleasure of enjoying a great dinner here recently. We are thankful to our friends who mentioned this new restaurant in town. Great food and friendly service. Samosa Chaat, Chilli Chicken, and Veg Manchurian were great. Samosa Chaat could have been served a bit hotter (temperature) - I like it steaming. Taste was great and the chilli scale was at the requested level. Manchrian was very tasty and so was Chilli Chicken. I did not order any noodles, but plan to the next time. I also liked the fact that the items were not too oily. The hot sauce was there to adjust it up to my level. Good addition to the local scene! Plan to visit often. They ought to replace the "soup and wraps" with the a more exotic name plate soon.

Great food. Nice service. Friendly people. I visited Hong Kong with my family recently and we dined here a couple of times. We stayed at a hotel a few blocks away and spotted it in Google Maps. We thoroughly enjoyed each visit. Sumptuous meal after a long busy day. All the items we ordered were tasty and to the level of hotness we had asked for. Lamb Kababs were excellent. Malai Kofta was great. Chilli chicken was fantastic. Murgh Madras was yummy. Butter Panner was superb. Chicken Tikka Masala was top-notch. Fresh Naan and Roti from the Tandoor. The place is cozy with a tasteful decor in good condition, We saw people waiting for table as we walked out so you may need to book a table.
