We arrived on a Monday and thought it was going to be great, the lobby looked really nice. The pool area was really dirty and the tile around the pool was loose enough that my boyfriend slipped and fell on it. Their was only one restaurant which was absolutely ridiculous. Our bill came to 130 dollars for two meals and a drink each. The food was served on old chipped plates that looked like they were bought from the dollar store. We ended up leaving our vacation early on that Friday. To top it off they charged us TWICE for our stay! We called them and they kept saying they refunded it (I have screenshots of our debit card which shows they in fact didn't refund us and took the total out twice) so I asked to talk to a manager... Every time I call the managers just happen to "be in a meeting" and won't return my phone calls. To be honest the only cool thing about this hotel is the colorful chair in the front lobby. If you want to get ripped off vacation here!

Room was nice. Pool and spa were dirty. Room beverage cooler barely kept things cold. Snack bar, bar, and restaurant were expensive, but nice. Hotel location to parks was parmount for us. I was hoping for better, but got about what I expected.

The only thing I didn't mind was the staff when I did my registration; however, When I entered the room and made a visual inspection of the bathroom, I had to clean dry urine off the toilet seat. Also, not sure if the black fuzzies I found on the inside of the toilet seat were part of the cleaning rag they use, but it looked gross. In addition to all that, (I'm assuming it was) the cleaning staff knocked on our door on three different occasions in the morning, despite our check out time being at noon. At time of check out, I mentioned the house cleaning issue to the front-desk staff and she sort of swept it under the rug and stated "I'll let the house cleaning staff know." Ohhh and to add insult to injury, they charged $16 PER NIGHT to park your car. This place is NOT worth the money.

Wow, I've stumbled upon a team of true innovators in the hospitality industry! The folks at the B Hotel have figured out how to combine a lovely hotel with the benefits of a crash weight loss system! Imagine, being able to shed those unwanted pounds before you squeeze into that swim suit for a dip in the pool. How, might you ask, have they accomplished this feat? Simple - they brilliantly crafted a hotel room that doubles as a steam room/sauna. By making the air conditioning non-functional, your room will be carefully heated to a humid, steamy 80 degrees! Perfect for hot yoga, or just sweating out toxins and excess water weight. At first I thought they had just given me a room with a malfunctioning air conditioner, then I thought I was just getting crappy service after it took two requests to get engineering to fix it (they failed and it was equally miserable the second night). Then I thought it was just an astonishing indifference to client service when I never even received an apology or an attempt to switch me to another room by "management". Then it hit me - it wasn't terrible service. They were actually just incredibly committed to helping me achieve my short term weight loss goals via this unique in-room spa experience. Even when I pleaded, they did not resolve the situation. They were just that dedicated to helping me sweat off those unwanted pounds. It almost brings a tear to my eye - actually those were just beads of sweat. They excelled in other areas too - I had a meeting at a hotel nearby and asked the concierge if I needed a cab. He didn't know where the other hotel was located until a second concierge pointed out it was LITERALLY ACROSS THE STREET. She punctuated her comment by saying "how can you not know that?" My thoughts exactly. Also, having two of three elevators out of service was a nice touch. In the interest of fairness and balance the staff at their on-property restaurant, the American Q, were very attentive and absolutely delightful. Ditto for the staff at their cantina called "the Pickup". They went the extra mile and stayed open a few minutes late to accommodate a weary and hungry traveler. And the property on the ground floor is really gorgeous. The rooms are nice as well. But with service issues like we experienced with the front desk, concierge, and first-line supervisors, it is clear that they are not ready for prime time. The staff we encountered with our air conditioning problem literally made no effort to take ownership to make it right, or even apologize. They had a lack of caring that said, "hey, you're probably a tourist who will never be back here anyway and won't even remember our hotel, so it's just easier for us to not care". Fortunately there are a multitude of better choices all around you. Take them. But I would definitely recommend the American Q for the breakfast buffet. Good food and excellent service.

Ok spoke the the management and got the truth. Yes minimal air conditioning for the upper floors as these rooms seldom get filled. 77 degree as night and 80 during the day. Horrible for people from the north. So if you, like we, booked the room through a third party online service like book it or Expedia, they will toss you in the upper floors of Hades. I understand that an economical assessment was done and this process maximizes their profit. And when you complain they are quick to give you coupons to free breakfast buffet of which reminded me of the military. I just looked through all the other reviews and air conditioning complaining had been ongoing for months so that is further verification.

This hotel is so beautiful. It has a very Miami feel but not the price tag. When I walked in I felt so fancy the lobby is amazing with stunning furniture and delicious fruit flavored water (I had pineapple). The rooms are very spacious. I loved the little seating area in the room. The bed was so comfy had a great night sleep. The staff was so helpful and very nice. In the morning there was complimentary coffee (better than Starbucks) at the on site restaurant American Q. We will definitely be back I hope for a longer stay. I had such a great time here and can't wait to go back!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! - personnel is rude - a line to register and personal doesn't even acknowledge you - once you make it to the front desk they say welcome without even looking at you-elevator doesn't work / nobody to help with luggage / rooms are below acceptance, nothing to it - black baseboards in hallways and in rooms and floor has lots of white paint spots - one soap per room - just a nice getto place - nothing to it // will never waste my money in this hotel ever again // and surely will talk about it everywhere
