Menu
BOA Steakhouse artfully combines a bold, colorful environment with modern-day steakhouse fare. Steaks and chops include a selection of prime Omaha beef such as the “40 Day” Dry Aged New York Strip and the “Bone In” Rib Eye, as well as Certified Organic Beef and Premium American Wagyu, all served with a choice of rubs and house made sauces, including BOA’s own J-1 sauce. A full complement of traditional steakhouse sides is offered, including the Classic Caesar Salad made tableside and Mac-n-Cheese. The menu also offers tempting poultry dishes and superb seafood options, a wide variety of Sandwiches and Salads at lunchtime, an extensive cocktail menu and a Wine Spectator award-winning wine list.

Wonderful, and fun dining experiences here. The ambiance and lively energetic vibe make this location a real LA hot-spot. The drinks are wonderful and the food is amazing. I really enjoyed the table-side Caesar Salad presentation! I was also delighted by the fun interaction with the waiting staff throughout our meal. The service was wonderful and all of the dishes that I tried were impeccable.

We went to Boa for our 6 year anniversary and were not disappointed. We sat out on the patio near the fireplace. It was breath taking. Our service was beyond excellent and the food so delicious. I had the Clean drink to start and it lives up to its name. The subtle taste of cucumber and mint made this drink very refreshing. Next was our appetizer of Blue Crab Cocktail. The crab was plentiful and ever so sweet just as crab should taste like. The Cajon type sauce that came with the cocktail complimented the crab very well. For our meal I had the Ahi Tuna, rare, with a black pepper rub and a lemon sauce on the side. It melted in my mouth. My Husband had the Kolb and I think I caught him licking his plate at one point. We also got the garlic mash potatoes and I think I caught myself licking the plate of those lol. We never made it to dessert because we ate too much. The whole experience was perfect.

I as expecting more but I can't quite put my finger on what was missing. The food was simple and delicious and it seemed like there was little wait for it. For a party of 5, appetizers and main courses were out efficiently. The wine list was great and the sommelier was helpful. The beef was good. But maybe there was too much expectation around the BOA buzz or we were a year or two too late, but something was missing from the environment. Maybe the swank was missing. Maybe there are too many new steakhouses opening in the area, but for some reason a great experience was a ... meh.

If I could give this zero stars I would. My fiance and I came her Saturday night to celebrate our anniversary and it was very packed so we decided to sit in the back area which had open seating. We sat there for maybe a half hour until the waitress asked what we wanted to drink and we both just got water to which we didn't get until 20 minutes later and not until an HOUR later we had to go out of our way to get her attention just to get A MENU! To which the lady rolled her eyes with attitude and finally gave us a menu. At that point I we decided to leave. I ended up eating taco bell that night and it was better service than this restaurant I do not recommend this place to ANYBODY

Good place to have a good steak. Expensive, though, especially since the side dishes tend to be uneven (sometimes you love your lobster mashed potatoes, other times you fail to find any lobster). Once we went on a Sunday, and bottles of wine were 50% off (it's a good moment to get a great Russian River Pinot!)

Every steak house I've been to has, for some reason, always been PACKED. And BOA is no exception. Situated in a busy corner in the heart of WeHo, BOA catches the eyes of everyone that walks by it. It has beautiful decor and an impressive menu. The food is delicious, and selection is ample. The service is also VERY on point. I wanted me meat cooked just a little bit more, and instead of taking my plate and re-searing the meat, they brought me a new dish! Also, they have nice bathrooms. One bad thing is parking, but they have valet. And really, if you're coming to a steak house, you can spend an extra $10 on valet.

Went for a friend's birthday and was really blown away at how amazing everything came out. The help staff was very courteous and attentive - although the waiter didn't seem to have patience with our large party (hey - long as the food is good - I can deal with SOME attitude.) I look forward to going back next time I'm in LA.
