As much as we love the New Style of the M5, we still can't help but love a throwback! Which would you rather take for a spin, a newer or older M5?

Come see Ryan Suggs and his team of BMW professionals you won't be disappointed. Ryan is a true professional who listens and made my buying experience a pleasure. After visiting 3 other BMW dealerships with poor results I spoke to Ryan who reviewed his inventory and convinced me to make the trek to Mt Laurel from Freehold. Ryans professional demeanor and attention to detail along with the Mt Laurels team of professionals sealed the deal. From the used car manager who found the car I needed, to the finance manager who made the transaction as seamless as possible and the detail team who delivered my car in showroom condition is the very reason this dealership is #1. Ryan and his team continues to follow up to make sure I maximize the true BMW experience. Go to Mt Laurel BMW and come see why they are #1, there team work is amazing, well worth the drive.

Ordered front brakes for my X5 from Dean in parts. The sensor was damaged from the weight of the rotors in packaging. This of course was no fault of theirs as I am sure the box was thrown around quite a bit in shipping. Dean in parts made it right and credited me for the price of the sensor and offered to send me another if desired. Accidents do happen and their response showed that they exercise good customer service. Will buy from again!

If you are looking to purchase or lease a BMW, Mount Laurel is the place to go! I was blown away by extraordinary care and selection; from my personal email all the way until the lease papers I signed. When I first arrived I was blown away by their inventory. It was hard to decide which car to choose! I was referred to Ryan Suggs as my salesman and I wouldn't of wanted anyone else. Ryan wasn't there to up-sell me. He wasn't there to get me in a car I didn't want. And he sure didn't judge me based on my age(24 years young.) He's young, motivated, very passionate at what he does and isn't about the normal "salesman" approach. He cares more about the individual and getting them into a luxury car regardless of price. I was very blown away by his care through the whole process. We would talk about life, goals, dreams, and so forth. It was more than a sale, it was more about friendship and developing a relationship. Because of that I have a whole crew of people who will be looking for BMW's soon and now Ryan will have all their business because of it. The whole staff from the moment I walked through the doors, to the time I drove off the lot; was extraordinary, caring; and passionate as well. I look forward to the future and continuing to have friendships with everyone at BMW of Mount Laurel. And I hope this review helps in you deciding to go to Mount Laurel for you BMW needs. They really are #1!

I would recommend BMW of Mount of Laurel to anyone. Customer Service is by far some of the best in the business. Everytime I go for service or parts I'm greeted with kind, generous bay operators who go about their job in a very professional and knowledgable way. Service tech Muneeb always goes above and beyond no matter what I'm there for. I can absolutely depend on him to do anything in his power that he can to ensure my car leaves in better condition than it came, if it were possible. If you get this young man, I can assure you your're in good hands although they all do a great job, Muneed is definitely who I look for when I go. Overall, a great place to buy and service a BMW.

Requested a quote thru BMW website. No number was given but an open invitation to come and see in person. Defeats the whole purpose! Waste of time. Ryan Suggs completely unprofessional

I was on my way to the race track (NJMP) yesterday very early in the morning. 75% into my 2+ hour drive my car reported it was low on engine oil (Forgot to check levels before I left). Drove to Mt. Laurel BMW and wasn't surprised they weren't open as it was 6:30AM. The nice lady (I forgot her name but she was born in Jersey City) at the front desk saw me and opened the door early and gave me coffee and a bagel while I waited. Once the service techs got in and I explained to them what happened they immediately gave me two bottles of 10W-60 and sent me on my way! No questions asked. What an amazingly courteous and customer focused staff! I wish the BMW dealers around me were this great! Thanks to those awesome people working in BMW of Mt. Laurel's service department you saved my day!
