As the days grow warmer and we start to play more outside, be mindful of taking the necessary time pre-activity to prepare your body for the task. Nothing worse that being sidelined while your buddies have all the fun...Stretching of ok if there are range of motion deficits. Just follow it up with the appropriate exercises then go out and kick some butt! #SportsInjury   #PerformanceEnhancement  #Charlotte #CorrectiveExercise

#PerformanceEnhancement or athletic development encompasses a lot of factors, or shall we say, it should be integrated with other modalities. Prior to speed, agility, & quickness drills there should be a focus on movement preparation to insure optimal movement during training.....in today's example, 20 minutes were spent on the table followed by 15 min of proper muscle activation techniques... #CorrectiveExercise #BIOMechaniks #SportsInjury #InjuryPrevention #Charlotte

Quality of movement should always be your main priority. However, sometimes you have to just let individuals move after an injury to re establish confidence.
