The end of an era.

The BBC World Service will broadcast from Bush House in central London for the last time today, when a final news bulletin is read from the building that's been the station's home since 1941.

Here the BBC's Emma Crowe joined photographer and art curator Bogdan Frymorgen to bid farewell in sound and pictures.

No.
Not "George Bush House".
"Bush House".
Something (unlike George or George W.) to be proud of.

So long, and thanks for all the fish.

Mmmmm..are they going to miss the house??

+Michael Stratton-Baldwin So true.  Media blackout in Mexico.   #OccupyLondon  going unreported.  The BBC should be a subscription service to end government control over the BBC.  Watch the protest in Mexico on youtube :-)
