"This is the last image of Pluto from NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration taken before the flyby, from 476,000 miles (766,000 kilometers) above the planet.
Any minute now, the New Horizons spacecraft will be crossing the plane of the Pluto system during its flyby, nine and a half years and 3 billion miles in the making. See how it will happen, step-by-step: http://nyti.ms/1Ddktmt "

The sun unleashed no less than five solar flares in five days this week all from the same dynamic active region (June 21-25, 2015). Many of these were associated with coronal mass ejections, most of which impacted Earth and generated beautiful auroral displays. More: http://go.nasa.gov/1Cz3Ktm

Wow. This is text book changing.
Of all the fish in the world, only a few have the capacity to maintain warmth in specific parts of their bodies. But as new research reveals, the deepwater opah has the unprecedented ability to circulate heated blood throughout its entire body, making it the only known fully warm-blooded fish.

Knowledge != Understanding

An interesting showcase of how our brain is hot-wired upon learning skill sets. A deeper comprehension of our cognitive biases in action.

Photographer Bio:
Azrafael is a Singaporean who grew up in the island state. He shares a close relationship to the ever changing times and records the present as he sees through his lens conveyed via his thoughts.

His conviction to keep his photography unique in its form probably let his viewers over the years identify it as his signature style.

Ranging from architectural façades, conceptual and sometimes the surreal has made his works synonymous to his tag line ‘Flâneur Fotografi’ which basically means aimless photography with each in its own splendor.

Photography is something which he enjoys doing as a hobby where he began on the classic art form of film photography aesthetics and matures into street photography capturing the lives of his nation folk and those he encounter abroad.

His motto is simply put as "flâneur fotografi".

"The photographer is an armed version of the solitary walker reconnoitering, stalking, cruising the urban inferno, the voyeuristic stroller who discovers the city as a landscape of voluptuous extremes. Adept of the joys of watching, connoisseur of empathy, the flâneur finds the world 'picturesque'", Susan Sontag in her 1977 essay, On Photography.
