Each new year we decide on resolutions for the year here are some resolutions and ways to stick to them #AyresCares
Each year we say we’ll start doing this, or stop doing that. But more often than not our big plans get dashed sometime in January. Here are some of the more commonly recited new years resolutions that pop up in late December, as well as others that are more likely to make it through the 365 days...

**How about some fun tips to elevate a business and or fun trip**
Many celebrities—especially models—have different trainers they see in various cities around the world. But the rest of us don’t often find ourselves visiting 15+ countries in a year, and we’re usually content with settling for the hotel’s gym. But recent years have shown that everyone loves a good class, be it Soul Cycle, Pure Barre or Pilates (sorry treadmill, but you don’t really cut it anymore.) The Hack: Class Pass While Class Pass has been ...

Great location, lots of shopping & restaurants. Hotel is okay, served the purpose...next time I will try Ayres Suites next door. Room was very clean but the hallways were plain, beige walls...seemed sparse. The air conditioning was very loud whether you want heat/air...couldn't sleep-turned it off. Enough space in the parking lot but cab of a semi parked across several spaces...maybe own lot would be better. One morning, vagrant women getting bottles out of hotel trash. Ayres Suites vs. Ayres Inn & Suites seemed better.

Response from the owner - in the last week
Dear N Gib., Thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding your experience at our hotel. I was glad to read that you enjoyed our optimal location but disappointed to read that your stay was hampered by a noisy air conditioner and heating unit and parking issues. Thank you again for your review. Sincerely, Susan Golden General Manager

Staff was friendly and helpful. My only gripe would be to be aware of who's staying in your hotel. We were ther for a soccer tournament and I seen many just like us but the breakfast wasn't so kid friendly and you ran out of idems way to soon

Not with staff - just the room I booked an ADA King Room since none was available - I am ashamed; as someone who is not disabled and curious about the function of the room - it was horrible. The touch lights did not work (none of them) and that is the main thing you advertise in regards to the room. While the bathroom spacious, it is quite ugly compared to a regular room that is not ADA. Further more, I am surprised at the outdated furniture and air conditioner in the room. The hallways look creepy as well. I recently stayed in the Moreno Valley Ayres and that was surprisingly a 5 star hotel experience compared to this one, where the location is better. Please take a look at their Amenities and room structure - far better. I have stayed at this location before (Ontario) and the Suite is lovely; it was on the first floor. Please provide the same level of care to your ADA rooms and the remainder of your hotel. Room 214 over looks a dingy balcony - cannot even see the streets below. For some reason, the pillow cases were ROUGH; not soft at all which I found unusual.

We always look forward to our stay at Ayres. It's clean, the staff is super friendly, and although the front desk sometimes has an attitude problem, Ayres is the best hotel to stay at while visiting Ontario.

Our experience with Ayres Inn & Suites was great. I had approached your hotel looking for a good corporate rate as our company iFLY Indoor Skydiving is being built right next to the Mills Malls and will be having several travelers once we open in January and was also looking for a Conference Room to host face to face interviews for potential customer service employees. We were overall impressed with the awesome customer service, specifically from Daniel the Sales Manager and the location was very clean, nice and exactly what we were looking for. The price was perfect and the breakfast and evening food and drinks was an added bonus. Every time I spoke or met with Daniel he was more than accommodating and he was definitely a huge part of the reason we decided to do business with your hotel. The Conference Room we used for our 2 days of interviews was perfect. Thanks for the great service! Looking forward to doing business with your hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast during the week is better than what they put out for the weekend visitors. Overall a good place to stay if you're in the area.

Fist time at a Ayres... We arrived from a four hour drive and nobody was at the desk for three to five minutes... Once acknowledged we were treated in a very professional mannermanner... Room was great... Clean, great sturdy furniture with a working refrigerator and coffee maker... The second night we were not given any cups for bathroom or coffee and no coffee... The guy replacing coffee did not come with all replacement items and appeared bent that he had to come back... Room was clean though which was more important.. Placed away from elevator which we requested... Overall an OK. Experience

Took a tour with Daniel and it was a pleasure to meet this guy - solid guy and trust worthy. Checked out the guest rooms and suites, all very nice and I felt very warm and at home here. I recommend this hotel to guests looking to stay in the area.
