Building connected networks is the most important skill of the 21st century http://bit.ly/1PXlfsM  #LIFEworking #futureofwork
The most important skill we need to develop for the 21st century is our ability to build strong partnerships. At the core of this is our relationships. Industry lines are blurring. We no longer know what industry Google, for example, is in. Does Netflix have a great distribution model or is it an award winning …

How do you pick yourself? Please share
Seth Godin guides us: Once you reject that impulse and realize that no one is going to select you -- that Prince Charming has chosen another house -- then you can actually get to work."  After attending a two-day workshop in New York with Seth Godin a few years ago, I realized that I was learning to pick myself by firing myself from a highly successful career that was robbing myself from my health. I also wrote about it in the Huffington Post to ...

While resistance to change continues to be alive and well in many organizations, the world is changing every day. We are in a time when entire economies, organizations and industries are transforming. And yet, we use antiquated organizational change management practices in our 21st century world. The biggest change leaders need to make is to have …

I've wondered why so-called characteristics of Millennials describe me--though I'm clearly not a young worker. Your excellent perspective provides an explanation. It's not generational; it is about connecting to our changed and changing world.

Everyone doing employee communication can learn something from your insightful and understandable post, +Ayelet Baron. Thanks for sharing.

Collaboration is changing the world and I need your help in connecting me ...
The world is changing. It's a fact. We live in a connected and open world if we have a device that connects us to the Internet and also if we have power to charge our device. If  I want to add to this LinkedIn post, the global penetration of mobile, all I need to do is open a Google search, for example, and voila: it makes me look really smart and I can confidently share the data with you. That's the easy part. We have so much access to data that...

Sole is the best place on earth. I have lived in many places and have gone to many salons around the globe. Sole is my ultimate favorite because of the people who work here and also the quality of their work. Tony is fabulous and has given me my best look ever for which I am grateful. If you need a great look at people who care about you, this is the place for you. How do I know? I have been coming here for 10+ years and I am a very tough customer who expects excellent customer service.
