I've wondered why so-called characteristics of Millennials describe me--though I'm clearly not a young worker. Your excellent perspective provides an explanation. It's not generational; it is about connecting to our changed and changing world.

Everyone doing employee communication can learn something from your insightful and understandable post, +Ayelet Baron. Thanks for sharing.

Collaboration is changing the world and I need your help in connecting me ...
The world is changing. It's a fact. We live in a connected and open world if we have a device that connects us to the Internet and also if we have power to charge our device. If  I want to add to this LinkedIn post, the global penetration of mobile, all I need to do is open a Google search, for example, and voila: it makes me look really smart and I can confidently share the data with you. That's the easy part. We have so much access to data that...

Email in Real Life

Easter holiday break is now over and time to get back to work :) And when thinking about going back to work, I am pretty certain the very first thing you will be thinking about would be the 1,000s of emails that are just awaiting in your inbox for some kind of response, if they get any at all. But what would happen if we would have email in real life?

Well, that's just exactly what the incredibly smart and fun folks +Tripp and Tyler have pretty much done with their new sequel (Remember 'A Conference Call in Real Life'? > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYu_bGbZiiQ ) on eMail in Real Life

This short video clip is a #mustwatch  for the #noemail  fans out there, specially, if you would want to experience for real how silly some of our email conversations have gotten over the years. Just watched it myself a couple of times and I couldn't find a single instance where I didn't experience it, back in the day, in the hundreds, if not thousands, of times.

And you? What would email look like to you in real life? Have a quick look and see it for yourself ... hehe

Imagine what could happen if we changed our mindset and decided to see the possibilities in healthcare today and all we saw was abundance
Imagine what could happen if we changed our mindset and decided to see the possibilities that are right in front of us, in healthcare today, and all we saw was abundance. Business as usual in healthcare is over because we live in an open and connected world. We are living in an era of abundance that demands business agility and human-centered design to survive.

While resistance to change continues to be alive and well in many organizations, the world is changing every day. We are in a time when entire economies, organizations and industries are transforming. And yet, we use antiquated organizational change management practices in our 21st century world. The biggest change leaders need to make is to have …

I am very excited about the #workshops I have been doing with amazing people around #storytelling . Life is a series of stories and it's so important in business.
While creating new products is challenging in any industry, Pharma may be one of the most challenging environments for product innovation because of regulatory, safety and privacy issues. This post dives into the specific storytelling workshops that Sheila Babnis, along led with her team at Roche that were designed to deploy as a strategic tool for leaders.

Tips for the 21st century leader. Are you dealing with what ails your organization or just applying random band-aids?
Have you ever thought that the organization is on life support and everyone is rushing towards it with more band-aids and medicine,

Sole is the best place on earth. I have lived in many places and have gone to many salons around the globe. Sole is my ultimate favorite because of the people who work here and also the quality of their work. Tony is fabulous and has given me my best look ever for which I am grateful. If you need a great look at people who care about you, this is the place for you. How do I know? I have been coming here for 10+ years and I am a very tough customer who expects excellent customer service.
