This week Heit & Cheri welcome philosopher and independent thinker, Daniel Coffeen, to The Axiom Amnesia Theory for a discussion on modern rhetoric–the art and practice of navigating the world while in motion, negotiating circumstantial propriety.

The conversation winds its way on a scenic route through discussions on the concepts of irony, bound infinity, affect as knowledge, power and what it means to be political, the role of voting in society, interpretations of language, social politics, Occupy Wall Street, rule of law, liberalism, challenging the philosophical questions, undoing centralized discourses–changing how people think, role of the media, critical thinking in children and young adults, and finally back to language–where the conversation began.
