ECP comes up with the FIFTH figure of EXTRA BALLOTS printed in 2013 Elections

11 Aug = 0 extra ballots printed
28 Aug = 0.8M extra ballots printed
1 Dec = 9.3M extra ballots printed
7 Dec = 11.7M extra ballots printed
27 Jan = 11.83M extra ballots printed

It seems that the ECP has again shot itself in the foot viz-a-viz its credibility to have conducted transparent elections - the quantity of extra ballots being printed which is a FACT seems like a fluctuating stock market index on the up since PTI started exerting pressure on the transparency of the Election Commission of Pakistan

Dynamics of PTI #ShutDownToRebuild Strike in Karachi - including discussion for Tire Burning strategy

The strike call for 12th December in Karachi was a tough & a strategic call made by Chairman Imran Khan on 30th Nov, it was a bold move to tactically increase pressure on the PML govt to rethink its negotiation strategy viz-a-viz to proceeding with an…

All Anti-PTI critics must read - it seems Khan has upped the ante - jumped through the cloud of parhay likhay safedpost - Perpetual Whining critics to connect with the poor and the weak ... do read and mourn

"Stringent criticisms of Imran are commonly found among the safedposh ie the elites, apparatchiks and other social and political status quo stakeholders. They are also tellingly to be found among liberal and progressive civil society activists whom he needs to cultivate.

But among the poorer youth, the unhappy, the weak, and other victims of the system there is such a profound and visceral aversion towards the ‘rentier’ and free-loading ruling classes that Imran, with all his shortcomings, can do no wrong in their eyes even when they know he is not always right. They see him as their last chance"

Many among the underclass are beginning to realise they do not have to remain losers for ever.

The more you dig - the more shit surfaces from the so-called transparent ECP

BLOG> http://teeth.com.pk/blog/2014/12/02/ecp-grave-for-extra-ballot-printing-papers-digs-deeper-from-zero-to-9-3-million/

What should have been documented fact of Extra Ballot papers takes one year to expose on Aug 11th they say no extra ballot papers were printed, on 28th Nov they say only 8 lac were printed and KABOOM on 1st Dec they claim 93 lac extra ballots were printed

Dubious instances on the disclosure of facts is by any means is a fraud on the sanctity of the vote which was to be protected by the Election Commission of Pakistan

An update on the injured child Ahmed Nawaz who had been injured in the APS School attack - the social media outcry for assistance and the KPK Govt response to pledge 3.5 million for his medical treatment now extended to even taking the child to the UK for treatment.

Chairman Imran Khan was genuinely concerned about this issue and had requested an independent source to visit the hospital and report back - email included in the blog post

Ayaz Amir writes - Time to Accept Some Hard Realities - A must read article for all - either you continue to live in a state of denial or start feeling the change

"At about five in the evening, a few bald patches in D Chowk still visible, I said that Imran Khan’s rally was not the overpowering thing it should have been. Barely an hour later I was eating my words. Stepping down from the TV perch from where we were pontificating, and making my way to Jinnah Avenue, I was dumb-founded. For a river of people was flowing towards the parade ground, the venue of the jalsa.

Feeling a bit shamefaced, I went up to the Geo office for a cup of tea, worn out as I was for I had been there since 12 in the afternoon. When I came down to Jinnah Avenue again…the river was in high flood, ceaseless and unstoppable" Those who think that Imran’s strength will ebb and the steam will go out of his balloon are fooling themselves

But just when it seemed he had run out of options he announced a series of meetings across the country, drawing mammoth crowds everywhere. Then out of the blue came the call for the Nov 30th show of force and, as I have said, until 5 in the evening I thought he had blown it, the jalsa not coming up to its high expectations. +Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf

A must watch show when in Phuket. Buffet dinner is decent, but get there by 7:30 not the suggested 6 PM you would end up twirling your thumbs waiting. Select good seats - gold seats not worth the extra cash Cameras not allowed but the camera deposit return has a lazy 10 min extra line not exciting. Try to pack it in and don't open it anywhere. All said it's a must watch show

An over rated hotel - it's nice but overall I'd rate it as average resort - for the price rooms are average, they lack the finesse of a high standard resort - even the Movenpick ice cream served in their hotel is 3x the cost and stale - that fact alone was a shocker
