AVMATS CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS A+
Customer, MIKE JOHNSON, Director of Maintenance for Modern Welding Company's Falcon 20-5 and pictured above, was grounded on November 1st for an isolation valve. JOE RION (AVMATS Parts Support) drove half way to Owensboro, KY where the the plane was based, to meet up with Mike and deliver the part so our customer could complete maintenance the same evening. Modern Welding Company is the largest underground and above ground steel tank manufacturer in the United States, and because of AVMATS outstanding support of their Falcon 20 and the trust we have established with our customers, we are the the first phone call Mike Johnson makes when he needs anything. If we do not have what he is looking for, we source it for him. Mike has expressed much gratitude for being able to make one phone call to AVMATS to be able to obtain what he needs to keep his aircraft in working condition, and he knows he will get it at a fair price.
It is this kind of service that keeps customers thinking of AVMATS first. Whether it is our internal sales staff taking that extra step to make things happen or our outside sales staff and technicians going above and beyond to deliver service and parts, everyone does a great job of making it happen. JOE SCHNETTLER and MATT CRIMM (AVMATS Jet Support) even fire up our Cessna 206 to fly parts to customers when the job needs to be done! A huge pat on the back to all involved in making AVMATS soar above the rest.
