We went last year and enjoyed the stay! We stayed in "River Paradise" and let me saw it was BEAUTIFUL! The only thing was that they had people come in and cut trees down in our yard and NOT clean it up. We called to complain and they said "Sorry", they didn't even send people to come clean it up.So my children went outside and played around the trees. :/ The carpet in the game room was filthy and the Hunting arcade game was dusty on the side and the glass was dirty, when we arrived you could also see stuff that the cleaning lady didn't sweep up in the Kitchen. I called yesterday to see if that cabin was still available, because we didn't see it on the website and the people were VERY rude!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin on a wonderfully noisy bubbling brook. It fully lived up to the name of Heavenly Creekside. The interior was spotless and the kitchen well equipped. Our boys enjoyed the pool table, the electronic gaming device, and of course the hot tub. We plan to return to this area during a different season, and will certainly negotiate with Aunt Bug to plan our event.

Very disappointed with this situation. I was planning on booking with Aunt Bug's booking the Swimming With Bears cabin for my 25th Birthday. Before finally choosing Aunt Bug's I had spoken with several people from their customer service and the day I call to book a cabin I was informed that it was a minimum 3 night stay. This really upset me because that was not stated anywhere on the website, rental policies, or terms and conditions which I read everything. I was even more stressed out because the cabin I wanted was now booked. I informed the manager I was speaking with Patricia that it doesn't state that on the website and she insisted it did BUT IT DID NOT! I stated it lets you book for 2 nights with no problems or mentioning 3 nights. She stated we will eventually give you a call and let you know it has to be a minimum of 3 nights, like who does that! That is false advertisement especially if people are choosing 2 nights its because those are the travel dates they are available. This put extra stress on me for my birthday planning seeing that almost everybody was booked for my dates of travel. I do not recommend booking here! Oh by the way I see the cabin I wanted is now available again I guess they got the phone call it was a min 3 night stay ahaha...what a joke!

Thank you Ms. Davis for your valuable feedback. As we represent individual cabin owners, we have specific rental requirements like any vacation rental company in the United States. Our guests love our private pool cabins. Occasionally, we can rent them out for 2 nights, but generally they are at least a 3 night minimum throughout the year. We would love for you to celebrate your birthday with us. We have over 150 other cabins that can be booked for 2 nights. We even have "indoor pool access" cabins that can be rented for that limited time. Give us a call back at some time if you would like us to assist you with your reservations. We again appreciate your inquiry and feedback. Our private pool cabins are 3 night minimum and they are generally booked out, but again we would be happy to match you with a premium cabin that works for you and your schedule. TERRIBLE. My family booked a cabin with this company for Christmas this year. We booked the Eagle's View cabin and at the time of booking (November), we were told this was a pet-friendly cabin. This is the only reason we booked at this property. My family will be traveling from different parts of the country to meet at this location for Christmas. At the time of booking, we weren't sure how many would attend and how many pets would be present, so the contract was made for just the one pet. At the time of booking, we asked if additional pets could be added later for the $50/pet fee listed in the contract. We were told by Sue that this was no problem, and she made a note that we would probably add additional dogs later. Yesterday we called to add 2 additional dogs and we were told that the cabin is no longer pet friendly!! After much discussion, they are allowing us the one dog and then told us the fee went up to $75 a dog (even though our contract says $50). And after offering to pay the $50 a pet fee previously agreed upon, they changed their minds and will not allow any additional dogs, just the one in the contract. We have just one additional dog that will be traveling with our family (and my dogs are considered part of my family), and they will not budge on the issue. My husband and I will now have to get a hotel to keep our dog with us, and we will not be able to be with my family for the entire trip. I am so disappointed that this company would ever allow this to happen. They broke their word and are only looking out for themselves. They have our money now and we are stuck. We can't all be together for the holiday and we are out another $600 for a hotel. We would have NEVER booked with this company and with this cabin if it had not been pet friendly. To change the terms of a SIGNED contract is communicating a very clear message that the customer means nothing to them. I don't even understand from a legal standpoint how this allowed? I will NEVER stay with this company at any of their properties and I will prevent anyone that I know to stay with them. I will give my money to someone that values their word and promises made to customers.

Just read their feedbacks. They don't accept any responsibility for anything they've done nor do they do anything to make up for it. They just say sorry you had a bad trip please come back. Like get real. And they claim they didn't call the cops on me. I guess the cops just knew what cabin I was in and when I was coming. Y'all are very childish. Oh and just so you know, the cop sat and hung out with us for a little bit and gave us all kinds of info on things to go do. Hell he helped more than y'all did! And y'all called him to arrest me! Ha! Talk about a back fire. Maybe if y'all gave discounts or a free night stay or something, to the people you screwed, then just maybe y'all would get some positive feedback.

Thank you Sir. We enjoy the patronage of young College and non-College guests. However, the credit card holder (21 yr old or above) need to present on arrival for check-in. This is disclosed at time of reservation and on our website. This is common practice in lodging here in our community. We appreciate your patience. These cabins are privately owned and we protect the condition of our cabins with a valid lease agreement, as well as hope to provide the best customer experience. We do not know of any rats, cops, or bears knockin' on your door, but we do appreciate your storied feedback in this review. We do hope you return to the Smokies and have a great return visit with your girlfriend. Have a blessed day and thank you for your visit to our area!

Great cabin experience! Stayed at Black Bear Cove #624 and the cabin was absolutely amazing. The cabin is in Gatlinburg close to the river and close to town. The cabin was super clean and the staff at Aunt Bug's are incredible. Awesome Customer Service. Cannot wait to stay here again!!!

The cabin was fine, however the water smelled like rotten eggs from a sulfur buildup i assume. I went to address the situation with the front desk and maintenance and all they told me was that, that was how the water smelled that time of year because it was on a well. Even though i find that hard to believe since i could tell that no one did any maintenance on the cabin. If they did the hot tub wouldn't have been spraying water all over the place when we uncovered it, the batteries in the remotes would have been checked to see if they worked and light bulbs would have been replaced. yet somehow they assured me maintenance had been out there prior to my arrival. Even if the water somehow did smell like that this time of year, a heads up would have greatly appreciated seeing as how i spent almost $500 for a two night stay in 'A Smokin View". After all this I asked if we could just use another cabin that didn't have that rotten egg smell to it since they clearly had a vacancy sign lit up outside the building. They said they couldn't put us in a cabin for one night and that if they did i would have to pay for the cabin and reservation fees all over again for one night. We ended up stay in a cheap hotel for our last night wasn't great but at least the smell of the water was bearable.

Sir, thank you for your comments pertaining to one of our cabins in the mountains. This is valuable feedback. We have hundreds of stays in this cabin without these types of comments. However, we would be happy to provide maintenance immediately if there is ever a light that goes out or batteries in a remote that go down. We apologize for any inconvenience, as we want to provide you with the best stay possible. Please call our office management and we will be happy to discuss with you these issues. Occasionally, when we have extreme rain, the mineral tables change for the well use, but this is normally temporary and you can always pre-book a city utility-serviced cabin with us. Again, we're sorry for any temporary issue, as we want you to be a long-time customer. Voted 2015 BEST Cabin Company, we do want to provide you with the best stay possible and hope you can try us again. This cabin is beautiful and one of our top rentals, so we will resolve this matter if it ever comes up again. As of now, all of these issues have been rectified and we appreciate your comments here. We attempt to improve all of our quality controls and hope we can provide a better experience for you in the future. Thank you for your time and patronage.

I try to stick to positive reviews on Google, but my experience with Aunt Bug's was absolutely terrible. In short the cabin, "#513 - Relaxation Station" was full of gigantic dead cockroaches, had a toilet that was leaking and sitting in a pool of water, and generally was in terrible shape. After demanding to be moved to a different property, they eventually agreed. The other property was better, but also poorly maintained. Bears had gotten into the trash sometime before we arrived and there was trash all over the property. The maintenance people showed up when we left to collect the trash and ignored the trash all over the ground. I had decided to try a new cabin rental agency as it seemed like demand was high and supply was low. Using this place was a huge mistake. Rather than comp our stay, the insisted on charging us the full amount. I told them I would thank them by sharing my experience on the internet. I took a number of photos that document the experience. I'd post them on here if I could. These folks don't deserve to be in business.

Thank you Sir for your comments. We apologize for any issues with insects in the mountains. We do provide Orkin pest control to limit the presence of insects in our area/cabin. Based on your comments, it appears management even moved you to another cabin. We apologize about the inconvenience of the Bear to your next cabins. We do share the landscape and terrain with Bears, as they were here first. However, we hope that we can clean all the garbage of the mountainside for you in an expedient manner Sir. We apologize we left any remnants from the Bear's meal on the mountainside for you to look out upon. We apologize we could not give you a free stay, but hope that our management can work something out for you on a future visit. Your patronage and experience is very important to us. Being Voted 2015 Best Cabin Company in Pigeon Forge, there are thousands of repeat guests that suggest we do have a great cabin rental business, but we are not without occasional issues that we hope to have resolved in an expedient manner.
