My husband and I were interested in a particular car, but we entered the wrong building (the Audi Service Center). Regardless, Alex was very helpful in directing us to where we needed to go and escorted us to the exact car we wanted. Alex was very affable and considerate; he even looked for activities for my three-year old to do while we talked about the car. We ended up buying the car, and we couldn't be happier! Audi Beverly Hills has the best selection of Audis in the LA area. Alex was beyond helpful and patient throughout the entire process.

My brand specialist Joshua was very amiable and most importantly he was open and transparent with me all along the way. He made sure I was comfortable with the options and checked in throughout to make sure I was on the same page. He went above and beyond to make the car-buying steps painless and smooth, even providing advice on insurance deals. Excellent service! Sharon in finance was extremely helpful and informative as well. She was patient as I inundated her with questions, and I left the dealership feeling confident and excited! Overall a great experience.

This review is the for the customer experience in leasing a new vehicle. I'm pretty laid back and general kindness/good business practice pleases me as a customer, but it's a rarity when I am floored-level impressed. The customer service I experienced at Audi BH is unparalleled; I have NEVER had such a top-notch experience at a dealership, and this is my fifth new lease. Sam Yadagari started me out in searching for just the right baby. He is extremely reachable via phone, email, and text. It took several weeks, but we found her hiding in another city. They brought the car down for me, and by that evening I was finalizing the deal. The turnaround was quick, which is what I wanted, but I didn't make the arrangements yet to return my previous vehicle for lease-end. I explained my plan was to sign the paperwork, go return my old car in DTLA, and Uber it back to them to take the new one home. They looked at me like I was crazy, and stated very simply "We will take care of all of that for you." And take care of me, they did. Shockingly so. Every employee here had a smile and handshake for me. (Shoutout to Juan, Karsten, and JC!) Amanda Hart assisted me with transferring my insurance, and filling out some documents. The process with Sharon in Finance was to-the-point, efficient, and it doesn't hurt that she's beautiful to look at! When I emerged from Finance, Amanda had already cleaned out my freakin' car and put all my items from the trunk and glove, and my dog's car seat into the new Audi. She hung my dreamcatcher in the rearview mirror. She programmed my radio stations in the exact same preferential order into the new Audi. What attention to detail! I love it!! She then gave me a tutorial on how to work the MMI Navigation, back up camera, controls, etc with her bubbly personality and hilarious demeanor. I totally did not expect to be able to take my new ride home that night, but Audi BH made that all happen for me; and with minimal effort on my end to do so! So I'm not done! Amanda came in the following morning at 7:15am on her day off to take the second old car key from me and drive all the way to Universal City to return it. When that was completed, she literally came to my office door to deliver my forgotten university alumni license plate holder, and final documentation. As someone who prides myself in attention to detail and anticipatory nature, holy moly it made me love Amanda even more. #HartAudiBH I'm on Day 3 of driving my hot little pepper around, and I am loving it. Sam already sent me an email checking in with me, the President Keith May texted to make sure everyone took care of me and I was a happy customer - the follow-through and entire experience was simply flawless. I literally have not one complaint or suggestion on what could have been improved, because every step was perfection. Thank you, thank you!!

My partner and I BOTH leased new cars the same day. I got my A3 and he got a Q5. I can honestly say, it was literally THE BEST leasing experience either of us has ever had!! Nabeel Esrawi was unbelievable not only with his level of customer service, but also with his endless knowledge of the entire line of cars Audi makes which was unsurpassed too! (There’s nothing worse than being more educated on a product as the consumer, than the sales person you are dealing with!!). There was absolutely NO PRESSURE in any of his exchanges with us (a rare thing in car sales), and he honestly did take the time to not only get to know us, but to truly listen to every little thing that was important to us, both with creature comforts as well as affordability. I honestly think we both ended up with not only the right car for each of us, but an even better model than we’d hoped for or may have thought was in our price range. Also worth mentioning is the level of service we received from Nabeel’s right hand, Freddy. Freddy, just like Nabeel, knew every single nuance, spec and detail of all of the cars we either test drove or inquired about. He also accompanied us on not one, or two, but I believe 4-5 test drives between the two of us when all was said and done!! We were worried we were overstaying our welcome, but Freddy’s main concern was that we feel comfortable in the right car, and that we truly feel good about our choice and inevitable lease. He gave us all the time in the world! Another top notch level of no-pressure, unsurpassed service. Wrapping things up was Nympha Marcos who facilitated all of our paperwork for both of our leases. The paperwork is always the final necessary evil to any auto purchase or lease, but Nympha made it painless. She explained everything completely and thoroughly, and she went over any and all options we had available to us and finally facilitated getting our “window tinting” lined up and worked into the pricing of our vehicles. Most importantly she did this all efficiently and had us out the door in all of maybe 5-10 mins. All and all, Nabeel and his his entire team at Audi of Beverly Hills were nothing less than stellar!! We both are loving our new cars, but I can tell you already that in other 1-2 years when we want to lease another new car, Nabeel’s number will be the first one we call to make an appointment to come in and see something new. Love Nabeel and love Audi!! :):) Mark Esperti

Everything was ready for me when I walked in. Each person involved was kind, nice and helpful. I loved the fact that I had very little to do. Edwin was the best. He was informative, helpful and could not have been any nicer.

I was given a same day appointment. My service coordinator, Jason Brown, explained that my wheel rims could be repaired at a nominal cost. I was provided with a loaner and got my car back the next day. I was very pleased with the service I received.
