Update 2/4/15 (Changed from 2 to 4 stars): Right after my previous review (below) was posted to google the service manager called me directly. I brought the car back in, they had a different tech re-inspect and re-balance the tires. Now its a few weeks and 2000 miles later the balance has held up, the tires seem much better now and the car doesn't vibrate at highway speeds anymore. I certainly appreciate the service manager reaching out and making sure I was happy and correcting the issue. I was a fool and trusted the techs here to properly inspect my vehicle at its regularly scheduled maintenance intervals. Now my tires are ruined and need to be replaced. Tires were rotated and balanced at normal intervals. Service advisor never recommended an alignment until the tires were already ruined. Now a set of tires with plenty of tread life have to be replaced because someone dropped the ball. Such a waste.

This customer has been a regular client doing all services here. On 10/14 he visited our store after being involved in a rear end collision. He stated that he was experiencing a rough ride and he asked us to inspect the vehicle. We found the left front wheel was bent which we recommended to be replaced. We also recommended replacing the tires as they had 39,000 miles on them at that time to improve the ride quality. We had not previously recommended an alignment as the tires were not showing signs of uneven wear thus indicating an alignment was warranted. We asked the customer to return and on 11/5 we performed a road force balance of the current tires. In several subsequent conversations the customer has stated the ride quality has improved and he is happy with the service provided.

Ive read the reviews that were posted & unfortunately my experience was not so pleasurable. I had my car serviced 3 times there but my last experience was awful. They fixed my car & the service light went back on the next day i called to let them know but i was told by Aaron that i wasn't allowed to bring my csr there any longer. I did complain about a few things previously because i had concerns about having to bring my car back for the same problems; i guess no one wants a complaining female customer.

JOHNNY FRANCO. This is who I would recommend to work with at this dealership. My sister was in the market for a new car lease and she fell in love with the Audi A3. She was being quoted a price way over MSRP and so I decided to surprise her by calling a bunch of dealerships in MD for her in hopes of surprising her with a good deal. I had recent experience for negotiating my own car deal so I wanted to help her out. I am located on the west coast, so as soon as I began calling a couple of dealers telling them I was looking to broker a deal on behalf of my sister, they didn't even want to work with me. Not Johnny. He assured me from our first conversation that he was going to help me get a great deal for my sister since she had budget constraints. I had a great feeling about Johnny from the first time we spoke. Johnny and I spent a week going back on forth between numerous emails and phone calls, and we finally came to terms on an amazing deal. My sister signed a new lease with him last night. Overall, Johnny was one of the most courteous and obliging sales people I have ever worked with, and the best part is he was never pushy or rude like other salesmen come across. If you go to this dealer, make sure you ask for Johnny. You won't regret it!

Tom Schweiss was professional, helpful and honest. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I would recommend him if you are hunt for a used car or a new Audi. He loves his job and it shows in the treatment he gives to his customers.

I recently purchased an Audi A4 - precertified model from Audi Silver Spring, and my experience was excellent. I have been searching for a replacement vehicle for a couple of months, and did go to dealerships around NJ , NY and CT. But did not find any car dealer - audi specifically that was so friendly, accommodating and more over ready to listen to the customer. I was helped by Thomas Schweiss during my car purchase and he was a very helpful and friendly sales person. The reason I bought my current car was because he understood my needs and also came towards a middle ground in purchasing this vehicle. I strongly recommend going to this location if you decide to purchase or lease an Audi.

I knew the car that I wanted before I selected the dealership. The Audi Brand Specialist, Tom Schweiss was recommended to me by a fellow member of the Audi Car Club. This carried a lot of weight with me as I have driven Audi since 2003 and have talked to many other Audi car owners about their dealer experience. This dealer was not the closest to me but the recommendation was worth the extra distance.I ordered my car with Tom's help. He was knowledgeable and made sure that I understood all of the options that were available to me. He has followed up with me after the sale to make sure that my experience with my new Audi matched my expectations. I met the service team leadership and found them to be helpful and willing to answer my questions with answers that I can understand. Since I took delivery two weeks ago, I do not have any service experience to share but I suspect that it will be positive. Go buy a car from Tom.
