This is just a quick follow-up to the phone call from Daniel. We sincerely appreciate your business and we strive to provide the best customer experience regardless of the brand vehicle purchased as we hope you will come back again. Unfortunately, the tag frames were disposed of when the trade in was cleaned up. We apologize for the poor clean-up that was performed on the vehicle you purchased. As mentioned on the phone call, if you would like to come by in the next few months, we’ll be happy to re-clean the car for you. Please call first so that we will be expecting you. We addressed this with our clean-up department and asked them to be more careful going forward. Again, please accept our apology for your inconvenience.
