In December 2014 we bought a pre-owned S -6 via Internet sales from Sewell North Houston. They delivered it to us in Austin 200 miles away. The car had issues with tires and wheels but the Sewell guys said they would make them right, so we kept the car subject to that promise. After 60 days the wheel issues had been fixed at the local Firestone so all ok. But there remained a recurring leak in the right front tire that could not be found or repaired. The local Austin Audi dealer was instructed to find it, fix it, and bill Sewell Audi but after 4 or 5 service visits, they still had not found it.,so for 3 years, I was getting a dummy light for low pressure and had to refill my tire manually. Pissed to have this on a $75,000 performance car like an S - 6. This week, the car was in again for service, and this time, the South Austin Audi guys finally found the problem! Hurray! Unfortunately after 2 years of the issue, the tires were worn inconsistently, so replacing one was just not safe. So their estimate For ME to replace 2 tires that we knew were problems from 2014 so that they would be symmetrical was $600......two new tires due to an unresolved leak that I had reported every service call.....Ugh.... Audi Austin admitted that they had missed finding the failed tire leak. Kudos to Eddie Kim for his honesty They also had the record of me telling them of Sewell Audi's NH direction/approval to find the leak and fix it. Unfortunately, given the 2 year delay in finding the leak, the $600 cost related to replacement of the tires was my problem not theirs. Interesting way to view things. On the other hand, when I called Andrew Gilmore (and John, his associate/boss?) at Sewell Audi NH pre-owned sales and told him/them of the issue, they independently stepped up without hesitation. Two phone calls, same responses! They each said "Sewell would make it right"! And boy they did. Sewell Audi North Houston called the service guys at Audi South Austin (who had actually missed the leak I had told them about for 2 years), agreed to pay them for the new tires my tires and now I have 2 brand new Pirrelli performance radial tires on my car, no charge. It happened just as Andrew and John promised, no arguing, no hassle. Talk about above and beyond! Two new tires! This is why customers come back. I will close by saying that I love my Audi S 6 and love driving it. I did hate that annoying leak. But I am now excited once again to get behind the wheel and let it go. If you have never driven an S-6'there are few places you can take it to let it really eat! Aluminum body, great air adjusted suspension, 440 HP, tons of torque, performance transmission, quartro wheel drive. It is a have high performance car hiding in the velvet body of a sedan. Fast, fun, classy. And you can bet I will be back to Sewell North Houston to buy my next Audi from either Andrew or John for sure. I am a Sewell customer for life thanks to their attitude and service.

Jack Mah where do I begin? Initially the buying experience was great, other than a couple of small dents on the hood that they were going to replace once they had another tester A4 available. The whole buying a new car experience should come without any flaws to the vehicle. The price tag doesn't discount the cosmetic imperfections. To compensate for this mishap Jack spoke with his manager and offered free floor mats and a grocery cargo net. After driving an hour to get there I get the floor mats installed, but they forgot to install the cargo net. I made Jack aware of this issue and he promised that he would mail them to my address. A few weeks later still no grocery net and no new hood. I feel after the initial buying experience and they've received their commission check you're on your own. While this cargo net can be purchased for a small fee, if you tell someone you're going to do something follow through. I've had 3 problems with my Audi A4 but I take it to Audi West Houston to have them service my car. The vehicle won't come out of park and I have to stick a screwdriver into the emergency gear selector to disengage the gear box. Jack is a nice guy, but beware after the purchase if you need anything else done.

Very bad experience , I have Audi A4 2011 car. Went there for appraisal and wants to buy other car.(Andrew appraisal guy) said we are not buying old cars if you are looking for only the appraisal value.... roud behavior... This is not just any other make it is Audi own certified vehicle. And what appraisal value he gave us it's the half of the price what actual value is price.

Initially, the buying experience was great (4yrs ago). However, the customer service I have gotten over the last 2 weeks has been horrible. I have had discussions with both purchasing and financing regarding several questions, and there is absolutely limited effort to return my calls. Today, I called and asked to speak to someone else in finance (since I was not getting a response from the original person I spoke too), but I was told they were all busy. They took my information down and promised a call back. However, there was no call back. At some point, it gets extremely frustrating where you are calling everyday, leaving messages, and not getting a response. Disappointed.

In the past, my experience with Audi was horrible (purchased new A-5 in 2011). Recently, however, things have changed drastically. I'm happy to report that there are great people at Audi (whole new staff as far as I can tell) and they are really trying hard to change my opinion of Audi in general. Mr. Leo in the service dept. has treated me with respect and integrity, which I highly value. I love the whole experience at Audi and I appreciate the high level of service they are now offering.

Purchased my first Audi last week at Audi North Houston! Couldn't be more happy about the experience I had. Everyone working there is friendly and extremely helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and gave me a great deal too. Can't wait for my first service to experience all the extras you receive from purchasing from them and I have already taken advantage of my free car washes as well!

Great staff with very friendly service! Loved coming to Audi for my car purchase and car services. They are very accommodating and allow you to have a loaner car for a whole day or two if needed. Highly recommend coming to Sewell Audi North Houston! They also have delicious freshly baked cookies in the back near the service department.
