My 2012 Audi A6 had the engine light on. It turned out to be a defective fuel filter which is out of factory warranty. Jim Parolisi was able to help diagnose the root cause on the same day and informed me in a timely fashion. Best of part of this whole experience was he was able to convince Audi to cover for the repair as one time courtesy. Folks, if you own an Audi, run to Herb Chamber in Burlington. Jim is the best service rep out there, and he will take care of you and make you feel at ease. Thank you Jim.

I recently called your dealership Audi Burlington and spoke with a man named Adam Williams. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Adam was very patient with me over the phone as I had more than a few questions, He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I was so thankful after we ended the conversation, Adam did more than just his job! I have not bought a new car in a while, but when I went to Burlington Audi, I was surprised how comfortable it was. Peter Matton was great. He was straight and honest from the start. I gave him a number that I needed to be at and he worked hard to get me to that number. The time and effort he gave me was above and beyond what I expected. On the day of delivery we went for a ride in the car and he took the time to show me all the features. He took the time to make sure I was happy and answered all my questions. On the finance side Zak was great to deal with. No pressure and answered all my questions. Easy to talk to and made sure I was comfortable. Audi is my car brand now and Audi Burlington is my car dealership going forward!!

Jeff was good at listening. He goes by the rules for sure, but flexible and open enough to hear what customers have to say. He was good at technical details and was helpful in educating me on car services. Jeff was also willing to work with me to find a mutually beneficial solution for my special case situation. So I'd say Jeff is very fair, professional, and kind. I'd highly recommend him.

This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Ryan was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and just a good guy. 5 stars. Josh and Zach in the business office were great as well. They were able to accommodate our crazy schedule. The Q5 is fantastic.

Jeff Buchholz and the rest of the service department at Audi of Burlington have always managed to exceed expectations when servicing my 2011 S4. When I schedule an appointment, they work around my availability to drop off and have a loaner prepared for me to leave in. Their diagnostic process is incredibly prompt and they call to let me know what service is required shortly after dropping the car off. The maintenance required and costs associated are always up front. All issues that I've taken to the service department for my S4 have been resolved same day, with one exception (wheel damage which required the wheels to be sent out overnight for repair). It's always pleasant to get a call that my car is finished and can be picked up without having to track them down at the end of the day. The pricing is fair and I often get incentives from Audi which helps with cost. I can conveniently return the loaner and pick up my car since the cashier remains open after the service department is closed. These guys truly set themselves apart from any other luxury service department I've ever been too. They make the headache of maintenance easy and stress free. Great job guys!!

I regularly have my car serviced by Audi Burlington and have been pleased. The are very professional and the job is done right within a reasonable amount of time. Jim Parolisi has been my service advisor for the past several visits. I've decided to work directly with him when my car needs service. He he went out of his way to help resolve issues I was having with the brakes on my Q7. I appreciate his effort and highly recommend him.

Jim Parolisi took care of us recently when we were having some strange software issues on our Audi. He was very considerate and knowledgeable. Even though it ended up costing more than we initially thought it would, he was able to convince the 3rd party dealer to pay the entire amount. We will definitely take our car back to Audi Burlington should anything else arise. Thank you, Jim, for your help and the time you took to explain to us what was going on. Stopped by the audi dealership closer to my house when they opened. Everybody was apparently in a meeting so I was asked to come back. I had 2 remaining payments on my Cadillac lease so when I called that Audi dealership, they said we will see you in a couple of months. 

I then called Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington Ma. as this would be my first Audi purchase/lease even drive. I asked for a salesmen and Lauren Savage picked up. She answered all my questions and more about the A5/A6. I made an appt for the next day and when I entered was immediately greeted by Lauren, who then introduced me to Kathleen Hutchinson.

I have purchased / leased many vehicles throughout my life but I simply have never had an easier experience. Kathleen took a little info about my lease and we were then test driving the car within minutes. She called me first thing the next morning with good news. We can deal with your remaining lease and disposition fee! 

The weekend prior I spent 2 hours at a Cadillac dealer doing the back and forth and I was not doing that again. Kathleen e-mailed me the offer and with one call we had a deal.

Very little time and all via phone and e-mail. When I made the appt. to turnover the vehicle next day Car was licensed, stickered, waiting out front. She took the time to make sure I knew all I wanted about the vehicle.

I have never been more happy with the experience and the Audi A6 premium S package. 
She followed up with phone call that night and e-mail the next day. 

When buying/leasing at Herb Chambers ask for Kathleen Hutchinson!

Also very professional and a pleasure to meet and work with Nick Dota, sales manager and Jon Kent, Finance manager.

I was scared of the big name dealers but feel I got amazing service and a great deal. I look forward to the A7 in 3 years. LOL
